It's only CT sided because this music encourages people on T to stay in spawn and encourages CTs to go to T spawn, because this music is too good. It traps everyone in T spawn. Which usually leads to CTs winning by the T side running out of time or by the CTs rushing T spawn and killing all the Ts then listening to this music for 5s before going back to spawn for the next round.

Deag then Juan/One Deag'd the door to the chicken hut, freeing them from their imprisonment. He then broke into the house of the oppressive owner of the chickens, and then Juan/One Deag'd the owner. He then threw the body into the CS:S alternate spawn exit, where the body turned into some fences and buildings to block off that area. After that was done, he stole the guitar, which he had absolutely zero experience playing, and then improvised played this amazing tune. After the conflict at de_inferno ended, he then teleported away, and started playing the music you can hear in de_train and de_empire, before being asked by Saxton Hale to produce an improved version of that song for use in the Katozky Kick (the Cossack dance taunt) he started selling to the TF2 mercenaries about a year or so ago. And THAT is why TF2 has started becoming more like CSGO; Juan Deag's music career, which started at the T spawn of de_inferno. 100000% true!
