I like Pristine and use them but they definitely can improve on their descriptions. Last night there was an 89 Fleer Griffey rookie with the description of a 93 Jeter rookie, lol. That's just one example of many. Still a good resource to pick up a card or item of memorabilia every now and again.

    Very impressive!!
I work for Kruk Cards and I must say, while we have an equal sized warehouse/amount of inventory... We are smaller (about 20 employees max... Including college kids that rotate in and out, helping with bulk processing, etc).
The listing agents (like myself) are responsible for everything from research of the product, taking the photos, creating the listing & packaging the product for storage in the warehouse. I notice they have 3 different "departments" that handle that process. That part seems like overkill to me, paying so many people to do what one person can do... but it works for them.
We have designated areas, like they do, for specific items to be stored (cards, balls, framed, bats, jerseys, etc) but sometimes items slip through the cracks by being put in the wrong spot, forcing us to issue a refund until the item is found. They are highly organized with what appears to be a scanning system in place (correct me if I'm wrong and it's not). That's great for keeping track of the products within the warehouse! I've been suggesting that for years at our place!! 😂 We hand label the product and put it in its designated area/aisles-but there's gotta be a more effective way of locating items that were misplaced. I'm curious now if they have mastered that!
Interesting to see other companies like ours because there aren't that many at our size!
We have similar inventory and regular $1.99 auctions 2x per month. Check us out! The link to our eBay store is on our website!www.krukcards.com
If anyone who works there is reading this, let me know about whether or not you have that scanning system I was referring to above (for locating items easily within the warehouse), or if that's just a regular "SKU label" on your packaging. Thanks!

Hey SCI, great channel! I just had a troubling incident at Pristine Auctions that I'm wondering if you could look into. When I lost an auction on a hockey card, I saw the same item up for auction again like 2 days later (took a screenshot of the PSA number). Can you help me understand what is going on? Possible unethical activity?

Yeah there might be a few good items in the warehouse but the very vast majority of this stuff is essentially mass produced signed stuff. Replica jerseys (definitley not made when the player was playing in that year, apart from the very modern stuff) signed with no thought by the player who scribbles half an attempted signature because he's having to sign at least 100 times in a session, the same jersey. Which, then gets bought by some mug who thinks he's getting a piece of history, of which they aren't. There are many companies like this flooding the market with this half baked trash. This warehouse is a classic example of how worthless these signed jerseys and posters are. Its definitely not rare and hardly memorabilia when it's mass produced like this. Just goes to show how many idiots there are on this planet who pay 100's of dollars for something that is worth so little.

I work at Kruk Cards and we have a ridiculous amount of jerseys. We deal directly with the organizations to purchase the game issued or game worn player jerseys. In my personal opinion, I feel those are more valuable than the jerseys you mentioned above: mass-produced after the fact, meaningless signature scribbled on them.
We obviously have autographed jerseys as well, obtained from purchasing collections from people- but the vast majority of our jerseys are obtained from the team organizations. The jerseys were either issued to the player during their season, or worn by the players during a game. Seems that would be more valuable to a collector, judging by what they are willing to pay for them. Lol
