If Barry did not retire in his absolute PRIME, we would not even be having this conversation. If Barry played 17 games we would be looking at a 3,000 yard record. Barry did not retire as a 35 year old who was losing his athleticism, he retired as a very capable runner. the best ever, in fact and I love Emmett as a life long Cowboys fan but Barry is the best ever. Every other running back did it in less games. How many yards did Saquan have after 12 games. Enough said. Stop your cry babying for nothing. Saquan did it in 17 games. I don't know the actual number of yards Barry lost due to someone on his team committing a penalty after a long run. Barrys' record would be even greater.
