As a criticism I accept but from their point of view they will have other explanation. I think it's not about respecting their beliefs rather taking in consideration about their sentiments as it may retaliate unnecessary enimity. Sure we disagree and reject clearly their respective beliefs but we can't mock them or hurt their sentiments and make situations more hostile. In such a situation we can never have productive rationalised discussion among each other and we can never present the true message of ISLAM.

I think it's not about respecting their beliefs rather taking in consideration about their sentiments as it may retaliate unnecessary enimity. Sure we disagree and reject clearly their respective beliefs but we can't mock them or hurt their sentiments and make situations more hostile. In such a situation we can never have productive rationalised discussion among each other and we can never present the true message of ISLAM.
