Easy to cook tamil recipe karuvattu kuzhambu.
Ingredients
100g karuvadu ( dryfish)
3 to 4 onion’s
2 to 3 tomatoes
4 green chilli 🌶
Small bunch curry leaves
5 no garlic clove
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 spoon mustard seeds
1/2 spoon urad
1/2 spoon cumin seeds
1/2 spoon fenugreek seeds
1/2 tablespoons turmeric powder
2 1/2 tablespoons homemade curry powder
Big size bowl tamarind water
Salt ur taste
