Hey Rusty thanks for the uploads!! I’m a bike courier in the city and am constantly dealing with people that cant drive & are way too aggressive to be on the roads and everything in between. Perks of the job 😂 have a good one and keep the bangers coming!!!
You really should install a hard wired multi camera mobile dvr system on your truck, I have them on all of my vehicles and the cost is worth every penny. I have installed many of the systems for smaller fleets and owner operators. They dvr's are mounted into a sleeve that is bolted down and the dvr can be removed with a key and they use standard laptop solid state drives. A really good 4 camera system is around $350 and a 8 camera system is around $500 with a 2tb solid state drive. If you have access to a hotspot or wifi you can remotely monitor the cameras or you can actually put a sim chip in the dvr for dedicated internet. There is a huge variety of cameras available with all different styles, the ones I like look like license plate lights from a 99-07 silverado and they mount with a single 1/4" hole since they have a stud on them that the wire passes through. On my daily driver I have 4 camera mounted on the base of my roof rack with all the wires ran under the headliner.

I got involved in an accident in May as well. Driving on the busy highway early in the morning, guy in front of me stopped abruptly without any indication to get breakfast in a joint by the side of the highway. I barely missed rear ending him but hit my left front pretty hard. My dash cam had not recorded one bit of the footage leading up to the crash. And the guy took off when I managed to pull my car off to the side. Had to replace most parts of the suspension and replace the entire front bumper and left fender. Took 3 weeks to fix the car. Some people shouldn't drive at all.

Rn I work at a campground as a maitnense staff and a hamish person who doesn't understand that vehicles are very dangerous decited to just run into the side of my golf car that was moving but moving kind of slow and he got thrown onto the trailer I was towing that also happened to be full of garbage bags as I was transporting trash from a overflowing dumpster to a empty one. He was fine besides from just being angry despite it was his fault for litterly running into me when he had perfect visibility of me going down the street.
Sorry to be that guy. But most Indian truckers are some of the most reckless drivers you will ever meet. Those Canadian and California plates reefers with the picture of the man with the spear and the turban are the worst.

The reason why they sent out the medical via the fire truck is to cover their arse and also to see if you ok - so many people say I hurt my neck or back a week or so after when completing the insurance paperwork
I saw the firetruck people get your information. Don't be surprised but they will bill the insurance company. For a response to your location. Even if the fire dept. 🔥 didnt do anything. I guess everybody needs to make some money.lol
Some truck driver from J.B. Hunt and Did not open his doors and drop the trailer at the dock and unhook and left and When me and the employees tried to access the trailer, we seen the trailer doors not open and we yelled the supervisor name and they got someone to open the doors with a other semi

Surprised the cops showed up I was in Missouri when it happened at the loves they said they couldn’t do the report bc it was private property
I think my pickup truck was hit like that in a Bj;s Wholesale parking lot many years ago. My truck got messed up No one left a note nothing. Probably was a Semi wheels that hit it.

whats ur trucks mpg... if its 10 mpg like the frightliner website says. you did around 650 miles... looks like u cleared $1600. not bad... ofcourse lots of other expenses. keep on trucking. watching this video gave me flashbacks to the stress driving OTR gives you... your voice during the wait at the first place reminded me of how i use to feel...
He had a half mile of open lot in front of him so why did he turn so early? OK, so I'm exaggerating on the half mile but, he still had plenty of space to set up an back in without hitting anything. You're lucky he didn't turn much tighter or you wouldn't have driven away! Also, that was a good looking FLD in the dock. You don't see them every day anymore like you used to. They're awesome tractors!
One thing you should practice in this career is. Not parking anywhere near or on a turn. And or first spot/ end spot at truck stops. This exact example is the reason. Luckily wasn’t too bad
One last thing. Invest into a nexar camera. Best dash cam I’ve ever owned. Everything is on your phone. You open the app and save the video and it’s there. Versus the dash camera you got now. Gotta mess with sd cards and uploading and downloading files
Don't understand why the hell the companies are not raising the rate according to the diesel price!!! They have to use our services anyway cause trains and ships don't dock everywhere.
My first CDL accident I hit a gas station over hang but I didn't notice into the cops found me at my next stop lol no tickets cop said it look you just kiss it with the side of the trailer
I got into my 1st accident at a Yard I got hit by a Yard Driver who wasn't paying attention to his mirrors he turned right into my Volvo put a big ole dent into my door. He tried to say that it was my fault but I was stopped as he hit me I was beside him and he turned into me. Insurance Deemed it wasn't my fault after watching the camera footage. It was a 3rd party Yard Driver company as well not their own.
