You can use the unlocks from the code on your PC account, but as far as I know you can only redeem PS4 codes on a PlayStation.

No I get it. Imma be honest with you, at first I legit thought I got the elite skin that you can purchase for ash and thought I got ripped on a pack lol. But no, I actually think it's a really cool skin after looking at it closer.
