It was originally Pete's place, while Sophie still lived with her folks. She just went around to Pete's while they filmed.
He's since sold the place, Sophie owns it now and Pete has bought a house with his gorgeous wife.

Then he sold it to Sophie and he went on to buy a house with his wife, and they now have two beautiful children.
