What intensity level would you say you guys spar at in these videos? I'm thinking it's like 80-90%. Do you guys always spar like this or do you do lighter sparring rounds too?
Yea, Yea, YEEESSS!!! This is the stuff, it's got the minerals, I can feel it. reminds me of when i go and spar after 2 hrs of technique and combos. I could perceive the smell of sweat and gloves. This is the stuff. Thanks Siam Boxing.
I’ve been watching this channel for a few month now and loving the content, shows just some of the grind it takes in prep for fights that others don’t see
haha this just shows what you shouldn't do when preparing for a fight. Watch Muay Thai in a Thailand gym. None of them go this hard. Throwing knees??? LOL Ego bs.
Dont know why the shirtless guy is so angry. Throwing bombs at lesser opponent is not the way of muay thai imo. And surely ppl tryna leave the gym without injury
Great Stuff! Everyone is getting after it and left their ego at the door.. I'd love to train at your gym someday. Thanks for sharing and cheers from Denver.

Beautiful work mannnn y'all are getting my hyped up about working out hard , and no I'm not just saying that it's beautiful because they look like they are going hard I'm saying it's beautiful because everybody looks and has to be sharp to adapt to those types of hard sparring 🥊🔥🥊🔥🥊🔥🥊🔥✔️✔️✔️
tall guy near the end i feel his pain: stockier guys always just walk at you and throw blind overhand punches with way more power than necessary just cos they think "taller = heavier"
@@AliEliga1091 If its your goal to fight then sparring like this is necessary, because you have to get used to get hit full power and stay in control, but I'd wear headgear and not do it too often. When you don't want to fight I would not spar like this regulary because it's just a risk for your health in the future.
Every time i spar i get hit for a while i feel like i have cough or i be choking a little then it will go away. Is it because i am taking up too much air i have to pace myself
I was saying the same thing. Not a good partner at all. Even when he’s going against guys much smaller than him he’s still trying to blast through them
@@Shahablo honestly it’s still not okay. But I can understand going harder on someone bigger than you. Maybe the culture in my gym is kinda different but we prioritize technical sparring . Hard to the body and about 50-70% to the head depending on the day. Shark tanks are normally the hardest sessions. Nevertheless trying to punch through a guy that looks about 15-20 pounds lighter than you is a bit much even if it’s only 1
No same guys some was away fighting so some was not in this video, this series will be a little different with some of the in between rounds footage, mma footage, general gym vibe etc giving you a chance to get to know them all a little more
I don't understand why no headgear its not like u can strengthen your jaw or become more resistant to a KO training like this, be smart prevent permanent head/brain damage, I have seen it happen a few times.
Who's the name of the middle eastern dude that tries to kill all of his team mates with 100% hardness on the blows to the head? Is he competing or just going 100% vs his sparring partners? He needs to chill.
taz and hes fighting soon but he does control a lot of those shots it just does not look it sometimes and sometimes they do harder rounds and lighter rounds intensity varies
Low kicks in the knees, not wearing knee pads, going hard for no reasons.. Entertaining I guess but I hope these dudes don't spar like that for too long

Man’s was throwing some heaters. If we didn’t discuss that beforehand that would turn into a real fight in the blink of an eye. Im more like 99% !
These sessions are pretty intense. Lighter ones with focus on technique will also help.
80-90% not too far from a real fight. A few of the guys were throwing with some bad intentions behind those shots. You hear the grunts
