Everyone is always so technical and creative! This is probably one of my favorite channels to learn and pick up new techniques/find new ways to throw already learned techniques.
What I love about Muay Thai & Kickboxing is it's just the fundamentals drilled and drilled until guys like this make it look so easy! It's not easy. It's just proof that the bread and butter basics always work! Not some 720 spinning kick. Although it looks cool, there's just nothing like a good old fashioned roundhouse kick or teep.
As always, great content! 👍 Pains me that all the gyms are closed here.. Itching to get some work in. Going to be so damn rusty, those first sessions gonna be tough 😅
Love your channel. Just gotta get this off my chest tho: been sparring for a year (no headgear, like most Muay Thai gyms) and recently got hit w a clean hook on my ear causing a perforated eardrum. Can't spar for a few weeks and its annoying asf. Fortubately its healing well but for many people who have this happen repeatedly, their hearing suffers permanently. Hopefully this serves as a PSA for young fighters coming up to wear good headgear more often.
@@SandaBoxing 100%. It increases how many concussions u get and I don't like wearing it either. But it does protect your ears (and nose/face from cjts) and not injuring my eardrum is my #1 priority when sparring now 😔

how many kicks is it gonna take for him to start catching them.. and how many kicks until the other guy starts feinting the kick and going somewhere else
What is it that one of the first guys is wearing around his waist? Is it protective, stabilization of the spine or even additional weight? Never seen such a thing used in sparring.
@@SiamBoxing 😄 better tell ammari that your body doesn’t cut weight like that. Look into what the bodybuilders do to cut waterweight before their weigh-ins, would be much better for the fighters health imo.
It's also used to prevent/help to cure back injuries or to prevent you to suffer when you have to lift heavy weights (even at work) This way, you can't bend your spine too much and hurt yourself with wrong moves.
is there a reason for why diedrick only throws the same exact strike ( roundhouse kick) when fighting the tall white guy, it has happened in other videos as well
just testing a product out its a waist band supposedly helps you draw out sweat rather than wearing a full on sweat suit. how good it is i dont know, sweat suits arent the best thing in the world
Im trying to join the fight club here looks like a good creative atmosphere. Is training still going ahead for some of the fighters or what's the deal at the moment?
Depends on your flexibility some people are tighter than others which will require some extra time to work on that. Some people find it harder than others
@@SiamBoxing For me I've been doing it within 2 months since I started learning! It's slow that only 1/3 of the time I can actually hit during the sparring though.
its a sweat waistband by booster fight gear designed to help you get some water out of the lower back waist area when cutting weight from my understanding.
Idk there names but if you really wanna beat these guys green gloves enjoys getting into wars and is susceptible to the fake jab to lead hook in south paw and Clemons Reyes guy definitely prefer his linear shots and has a karate or taekwondo stance so leg kicks and angling off haven’t watch the rest but just wanted added the 2cents I have just so people have a little inside peek
The only criticism I have is the muay thai stance, seem's like anybody with a boxing stance can throw jab right down the middle.Otherwise awesome gym you guy's have.
all these lads are evolving and getting slicker

Diedrick practicing those kicks, and hes already got lethal hands! A pleasure to watch

The way they take care of each other while beeing fighters, is beautiful to watch
love the content. Makes me want to step up from pad work and try sparring. Love their abilities to be serious and playful throughout the rounds.
I woke up sore just watching this. Very strong club.
haha thanks for watching bro
had my first pad session and then clinch sparring outside today. man that felt good!
How long since you last trained? Must of been great cant beat a good pad session and some clinch work it beats you up but you feel great afterwards 👍

Good to see someone finally bigger and stronger giving ammari a hard time. That big lefty is dangerous
Fantastic, always fantastic!!
Thank you! Cheers!
First sparring, not even a war but it is what sparring is all about, very technical and respectful
all the different styles compliment each other very well

good work by the lads
Much appreciated
Pure dope !
Very good sparing

Awesome to see sparring with just the right intensity. Does anybody know what's the purpose of a belt that the guy in the first round is wearing??
i believe its something booster is doing for weight loss how good it is i dont know he was just using it as a trial.
This place has such a fun vibe
Thank you the new episod guys! Every body is getting sharper i can tell you that🙏💪💯
your welcome, they are getting sharper by the week, thanks for watching bro

Hi yes in the UK at the moment.
Tell me these boys are wearing cups!?!
Nice Sparing

Dean is so fast and so big!!
Got an awesome style, keeps you guessing thats for sure
Guy looks like Tommy Conlon from the Warrior movie.
yeh he looks like tom hardy
counter every right kick with straight left then right hook then left knee oooo weeee
is there a reason for why diedrick only throws the same exact strike ( roundhouse kick) when fighting the tall white guy, it has happened in other videos as well
probably because of the opening to the arm when doing the philly shell.
Goood!!!
Where is Jordan Vucenic?
You will see him soon
What's that thing Diedrick has on in the beginning. And why is wearing it?
just testing a product out its a waist band supposedly helps you draw out sweat rather than wearing a full on sweat suit. how good it is i dont know, sweat suits arent the best thing in the world
Looks very nice! Is it kick boxing?
Its more k1 based sparring but they are all from Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA and some Boxers all mixing it up
Im trying to join the fight club here looks like a good creative atmosphere. Is training still going ahead for some of the fighters or what's the deal at the moment?
things open up mid april i believe
Who is this tall guy from first round
If you do get that Lomachenko lookalike again, make sure he takes some kicks, knees, and elbows so that it feels like Tekken
sure thing
What’s the name of the gym ?! Would love to make a trip and train there for few weeks

All these kicks makes me wonder, how long does it normally take for a person to kick higher than their height? 🤔
