As someone who’s MMA based and only just getting more into Muay Thai it’s a great way to be learning what does and doesn’t work in Thai boxing and I’ve watched these since episode 1 and every time it makes you want to spar🔥 do the guys do more flow sparring too to work on staying loose and relaxed? Can’t be as flowy when Nathan is about to take your head off your shoulders🤣 Keep them videos coming lads🏴
Thank you guys for posting these. Definitely helps me with learning how to practically think in the heat of the moment. Aside from actually doing it which is 100 percent absolutely critical.
thank you very much, and Nathan is mad haha, they spar once per week some do extra boxing sparring. and yes Tom was in a fair few rounds in the ring for this particular sparring session.
Love Your channel man!!! Top class content as always, never disappoints me. There's alot to learn from guys in Your videos, world class lads. Would love to see some MMA rounds one day in Your videos ;-)

Hey Tom, you got a great style with awesome kick setups. I think you might benefit from some hand traps to pry Ammari's tight guard when throwing the 1-2. Would love to spar with you guys one day!
Diedrick is beautiful to watch. Every guy in this video has really good Muay Thai , but his boxing just looks a cut above the rest, mixing up his shots really well. Super clean defense and a beautiful jab. Other guys in the vid maybe a little bit robotic with their boxing, probably from years of Muay Thai. But Diedrick has that clean well rounded striking game. Definitely a cut above the rest, levels to this ish.
@@HillCountryGoon yeah I don't get it, he looks like such a beast here, was shocked when I watched a pro fight of his. I couldn't even recognize him based on his style
Does Muay Thai sparring incorporate head movement? I’ve seen some high level Muay Thai fighters with incredible head movement but don’t know where they get it from.
@@SiamBoxing wow! I see you guys going hard at it! My gym are using 8oz and I nearly got my nose broken!!! I tried to tell them to change the gloves! What do you suggest? Should I change my gym? Cuz that way ill get CTE
I love it when Ammari and Bendon spar, it's just pure sport and technique. Ego's are left outside of the ring. I try to copy a lot of moves from these two. lol!
Usually its good to prepare you for a fight, also to understand how to be comfortable under pressure. Its not always needed and its subjective to the person how they feel comfortable and how they benefit from it. So spar light some spar hard
Amani doesn’t really do anything except block. He’s not creative with his fighting. He’s at a plateau imo and the only way to break out is to break out of who he is and try different things. Styles represent character. If a style is one- dimensional, it implies a lack of character. A lack of mind.
In a professional fight, you’re not going to stand there and block. Why do that in a spar? He’s just taking shots knowing they’re going light. Its not good training. It’s not practicing at all.
Yall need to chill on the headshots. Gonna end up cross eyed and slurred speech at this rate. Good thing we dont try to give concussion at my gym, but hey, youtube clout is worth head trauma for you guys.
these a professional fighters and for the most part they don't go to hard to the head mostly to the body but this type of sparring is not for everyone and each individuals have there own ways when it comes to sparring or training and that is perfectly fine.
I think they should make it a law that every child takes up a martial arts to build the child up mentally and physically plus confidence and discipline. And I think our children wouldn't be so lazy and disrespectful to their parents. Build a nation of warriors and not lazy complaining citizens.
Give the video a thumbs up if you love sparring and drop a comment.
tell lancaster to show the kickboxers what the clinch is a little more haha. Going a little easy on them with the clinch angles and knees
How often do u spar this hard bro ?

Ammari is doing a lot of boxing to compliment his kickboxing. Nathan Bendon is also a professional boxer.

Hey bro I had a question! All you guys look like you have crazy cardio. Any recommendations for building cardio as a fighter?
Running, HIIT builds that cardio and good nutrition/ sleep is important to.
@@SiamBoxing thanks bro! How long are your runs and how often? Thanks for taking the time to answer 👊🏻

what kind of camera are you using for the spar wars episodes?
Is the purpose of hard sparring to become stronger right ??
Usually its good to prepare you for a fight, also to understand how to be comfortable under pressure. Its not always needed and its subjective to the person how they feel comfortable and how they benefit from it. So spar light some spar hard
We all know this is friendly but they fight like they’re beefing 😂
