This house was probably my favorite of any of the parade homes of recent years. The choice of materials, finishes, and layout were fantastic. Yes, it was enormous, but it was also comfortable and not gaudy or ornate. Although the scale was large, I thought the design was tastefully done.

Great question! The exact sale price for this was not noted, but something like this would be in the in the 6+ million dollar range. Just curious, are you considering making a move to SLC?

Just curious, what size home would be the right fit for you?
A well designed two story home is pretty big at 5000 to 5500 sq ft. If you add a finished basement and everything totaled around 7000 or 7200 sq ft would be pretty big for most Americans. Plus people are more conscious of the environment- it probably takes a lot of energy to run a 25000 sq ft home too. The energy sacrifice would leave a bad taste in the mouth of those millennials and gen Z in the future. The house is beautiful though. The designers did an awesome job.
