Your builds are an inspiration... Very testefull, I'm starting going back to pedaling after more than 5 years and been watching your videos for more than 2 years...
Odd and beautiful build, but definitely not for weight weenies. This 3D printed steel frameset weighs ca. 2.5kg in size M. Rides of Japan is getting convultions just by looking at it...
Nice bike. Nice build. I like to wrap bar tape from top to bottom. So you don't need electrical tape to hold everything in place. It looks a bit cleaner in this way.
@@3dm0n That is so true, im a bike mechanic and i almost never use a torque wrench. Never broken anything. The times i checked it i was off by maybe 2nm.
If it's your own bike that's fair enough. But a customer's bike should be torqued correctly particularly as this is an unbelievably expensive build. The mechanic torqued the handlebar incorrectly as torque wrench clicked without moving the nuts means it's over torqued.
@@briain12 I would disagree with that. The stem bolts appear to be torqued to slightly over snug by hand and completed with the 5 Nm preset tool giving the bolts 1/4-1/2 turn. What does appear somewhat over-tight is the BB preload which prevented the crank arms from spinning more than half a turn. However, this is video and it’s edited which means that one can’t and shouldn’t be literal about everything one sees. The preload might have been adjusted right after and just not shown in the edit. The idea is to move things along at “dream build” pacing and not showing every minute detail as in an instructional video.
what brand of tool is the allen wrench speeder thing that you took the stem apart with? Looks like a very convenient tool for quickly removing allen bolts
Reminds me of frames that Kestrel bikes USA made of carbon fiber back in the late 90's/early 2000's ( images.app.goo.gl/dF7kUZk4rFir49LX8 ) would love to see how the fatigue life is on this construction
All is good but 2,5k for a steel frame of 2,5 kg is not a great proposition. Swiss boutique frame manufacturer will get You sib 1,5 kg CrMo steel frame for 3K
it realy is because the caliper doesn't sit in the rear triangle like flatmount is supposed be but rather outside like a post mount caliper in a bit nicer looking.

Thank you
I always wish that there's a components list accompanying these builds.
oh lord, hambini is going to have a field day with this one
:) It is only missing a Canyon like aero bars with redesigned levers mounts and a press-fit BB30 for the perfect bashing case.
Holy cricket ! It's a sick build. Nowadays your videos are becoming futuristic day by day. Keep it up. Love and Support from India.
I'm looking forward to more bike frames crafted through 3D printing. 🔥👍
Wow, just watched it a second time... Yep, it's still beautiful.

Very cool frame. Thanks for your work gee and the bikebuilder.
OMG, what a bike!
Very unique gravel bike 👌
It would be very interesting to see this frame with a belt drive - it is clearly built for it. Any plans for a belt build? Pretty please. :)
Unique bike frame bravo amigo.

DREAMY BUILD =)
Wish I could have one
Then go find a job.
That bottom bracket shell is odd. Reminds me of the American to Euro BB conversion. But why on this bike?
It is to adjust the chain line, in case the person who owns this frame wanted to run this bike as a single speed
It's designed to be a belt drive frame so that is how you adjust belt tension.
nice build but why do the thru axles enter from the "wrong" side even on frame and fork?
Here again wishing to have one 🤤🤤🤤 pleaseeee
There's a thing called job, get those so you can get this type of bike.

All that dripping grease is going to make wonderful grinding paste once it gets with the gravel dust.
No tengo ese tipo de bicicleta, pero me gustó. No estoy preparado para esto. 😎
How to not be in love with mountain bikes after watching this video? I want the bike so bad.
Me gusto el video
I’m always blown away how they rarely use torque wrenches. I’d probably wreck everything if I didn’t have mine
Apparently they don't care about the safety of the customer.

Hi is Vry good Video 1 question: What brand of torks tools
Had a question tho? How do you bleed these type of brakes?? Like in MTB brake levers, its simple but here its all sealed ????
Same way as MTB. The integrated levers are covered by a rubber grip that you roll out of the way to access the brake line.
@@vomErsten oh. Seems a bit complicated tho. Thanks mate
Is there even a rear triangle?
Anyone has information of that Stem and Spacer????
The bike is intriguing but, I might just settle on the pedals, which are equally as intriguing 🧐
Damn is it pretty.
And this exact build is on urwahn website.
Everything ok!! but man the music help me with my insomnia haha

I noticed, the bike is designed to allow for a pulley drivetrain
Did you and Muc Off part ways?
Yeah they did. This year's partner is Juice Lubes
Kinda thinkin this is less of a riders bike, more of a "look at me everyone" kind of a bike, and if that's what's floats ur boat, well that's fine.
Backround song?
Being a tall and heavy rider that frame will have some extra bent if i use that
