I never used to understand asmr until I learned there was different types and now I cant fall asleep without rain sounds and they are so soothing! Loved watching you and your sister experiment the sounds!
I really did enjoy watching you guys doing this ASMR, You both reminded me of my two daughter specially when you both are giggling! I love tapping nails on top of any object like bottle, book cover like what you did but mostly I tap my fingers nails on top of my desk, it helps me relax and think as well.
