Good vid! I love the way your workshop has a look to it that it has evolved over time. When you studied Ceramics in the formal course do they talk about the science behind sintering and vitrification? I figure that enables you to make choices about temperatures and firing times and maybe other variables that you might not otherwise be capable of. Analogous to the way a painter might mix their own paints and alter the vehicle and pigment for different effect.
Not in high school but the professors in college went more in depth into the science of things. Theres still so so much still I'm learning. And thank you I'm so glad you liked it :)

How he experiments with clay and uses pottery to get the desired effect, from digging to firing, is just mesmerizing and so interesting. I find myself watching your videos with that same fascination.
