How your solder always flows perfectly is amazing. What skill and attention to detail! Beautiful design and perfect execution. I could never make this ring - but I am going to try! It will probably take me 20 years.
Wow! What an amazing job, so lovely thank you for sharing. And cutting that inside ring out after soldering at an angle, looks nearly impossible... you made it look so easy!
Awesome work. Thanks from Australia! I wonder how much the raw material cost in total approximately? I want to start making silver rings and love your videos.
thanks, If you want to start with the processing of silver, the raw material costs relatively little, often the greatest investment is for the necessary machinery.
I love the design , STUNNING! maestro you are the best ! let's see the trolls work , bet its not as awesome as yours, keep up the amazing work, and don't listen to the jealous trolls
I have a question my boss tell me. If I put too much solder on the silver is going change the silver color is this true. Because he teaching me to put a little bit of solder on the joint and i afraid it snapped
It is wrong to use more welding than necessary, the tightness of a weld is determined by many factors, you have to do many tests, then over time you will find the best solution. various factors affect: the type of welding you use, how much it is heated beyond its melting point, the preparation of the object to be welded. If you have a teacher who teaches you, listen to him, his experience can show you the way, then in time you will be able to choose the technique you prefer.

Everyone’s a critic... the guy obviously knows what he’s doing..he’s been a jeweler for a really long time. Don’t you think if he really thought that wouldn’t work he wouldn’t have done it..it’s a beautiful ring and I’m 110% the glued settings will be fine..some epoxy have a strength setting of 2 tons.. that’s a lot hold strength. Love your work!
thank you, as you rightly said, this type of glue is extremely resistant, moreover by using glue, we have other advantages, the edge that holds it can be low and aesthetically more pleasant, the stone can be dismantled for a possible repair.
Thank you for opening my manual skills, as far as design is concerned, I can only accept criticism, because I understand that not all of us have the same tastes. I like this design.
Yes it can, but that really doesn't hold the same value as a truly handmade piece. Plus, for a one off, lost wax casting is not really much quicker or easier. There can be a lot of clean-up of a casting and there can be a high chance of failure, depending on your equipment and level of experience.
Excelente trabajo Maestro!!! 👏

How do you minimize the loss of gold due to the filing, drilling, ect?
All waste is captured including filings and small off cuts, sweeps etc. Then sent to a refiner who will pay you for the recovered metal.
Really the loss of gold is minimal, everything is recovered.
Bravo Maestro.
grazie
Ultimet work my master is best goldsmith in the world ।

I just watched the great Scaffoal glue in a stone. I'm not sure how I'm feeling right now 😔
Many lower value stones are glued in. It's not necessarily a bad thing. But I do understand... :)
Many stones are glued in. Onyx or opal can be glued for example. Pearls are glued too btw.
