Sakura's branching out into weird japanese games... I LOVE IT! Not gonna lie, the little bits where you drop the audio volume to make an aside are hilarious!
Regarding The Super Hornio Bros., the film was originally going to be part of Sin City Productions but was later dropped out. Midnight Productions later took over, resulting in the majority of the script splitted into two movies and its filming schedule to just two days. If you are wondering about the plot, it's not that special. It's basically the brothers transported to the computer world and have to stop King Pooper from taking over the world. Part II includes an insanely long recap, followed by King Pooper talking to a prositutute, while the brothers are on earth before later entering the computer world yet again, and has an anti-climatic ending. That's basically the two movies in a nutshell. Fun fact: Buck Adams also played Beaver (p*rno Beavis) from the parody Beaver and Buttface. Yes, even the makeup is very spot-on yet uncanny.
As a big fan of your content, whether I'm familiar with the topic or not, it's always a special treat when it's something I grew up with and am super into. All the cuts of you playing the title (or related title) in question definitely help show off your passion towards Nintendo too so adds just a little extra coolness to the whole thing. Thanks for continuing to put out great videos!

A fascinating and fantastic first episode to this HUGE iceberg! Well done, Sakura :D The "Forbidden 7" for Super Smash Bros Brawl is really quite interesting. Roy was always a favorite of mine from Melee. So it's interesting to learn that he was planned at some point to be in Brawl. Shame he didn't make the cut, but thankfully that wasn't permanent for him in the series!
The cancelled open-world FE on the Wii really interests me. I wish we got more information about it, or that Intelligent Systems tries that concept again
I think Conker is interesting because if the original idea would've come out, it would've been forgotten and not talked about very much. The fact that they made it this raunchy cartoony video game basically saved it from being forgotten, because just the premise itself is worth talking about.

Also, on the note of Mario anime, the Mario Traffic Safety PSA video is still not fully accounted for to my knowledge. The contact I had related to hunting that down has vanished, sadly.... I don't think I saw the scrapped DiC projects related to Nintendo show up here? the concept art for the Metroid cartoon was weird.... There's also a few older Mario amusement machine-type products not preserved in MAME, such as the driving game Buruburu Mario and the Mario-themed bowling alley software.
I’m new to this channel and discovered it by chance when I finished watching a very long paranormal video compilation. I’ve been watching some of your videos and now that think about it…your channel videos is like a interesting combination of Scott the Woz’s, Whang!‘s and Blameitonjorge’s channels with a focus on japan’s multiple layers of disturbing, weird, funny, mysterious and everything else in between, which is something that piqued my interest as not many channels (that I’ve seen or heard of at least) cover japan and it’s quirks as much as you do. Anyway, really good job with this lost nintendo media video because I already knew some things, but still learned a pretty decent amount from it. I actually have screenshots of my old archived Miiverse drawings(from the Archiverse site). I still talk to my French friends to this day and hopefully I can find my old friends from there, too. It's so weird to say that it only shut down nearly 7 years ago.

I absolutely love City Hunter so much so that one of my most prized possessions I own are these two 30th anniversary City Hunter coffee mugs I got from Japan with lil chibi artwork of the main cast and regular full bodies of Saeko on one and Kaori on the other in their underwear (oooof course 😅) lol.

I absolutely love City Hunter so much so that one of my most prized possessions I own are these two 30th anniversary City Hunter coffee mugs I got from Japan with lil chibi artwork of the main cast and regular full bodies of Saeko on one and Kaori on the other in their underwear (oooof course 😅) lol.

I love these cancelled Nintendo icebergs they are full of funny wonderful what could have been and behind the scenes. The classic story of Nintendo and Sony is one of that i enjoy being talked about. So much can be said about that. I like that the Super Nintendo Classic had Star Fox 2 because Nintendo sure won't make a new game anytime soon unfortunately. Cool video. ^_^

So Regarding the 98 Super Mario Bro's Movie, I think I read somewhere that Miyamoto actually didn't completely hate it...
He liked that they did their own thing, compared to the OVA Mario Movie that was just a faithful adaptation with nothing added...
