I found drinking more water helps urine odor. Seems like I just need more water in general now on T.... 4 months now. I stay thirsty.... some times mistaken for hunger!! Love your progress! 👌
Perry Knight Yes, I need to stay hydrated! I realized my throat becomes dry more often now than when i was pre-T, so will definitely need to drink more water to prevent that. Congratz on 4 months btw!
I'm camera shy too! I didn't realise until you mentioned it. This is really interesting because I'm a little behind you but I'm getting to the stages you're at, especially the acne! I'm so miserable with it haha
Wimpdis My back and chest acne didn't come in until recently! It is quite irritating but luckily it's not a permanent effect. Trying to keep it under control haha~
