@@runeh3022 Problem is that Chaos terminators, and a lot of the CSM dex is simply overcosted or not pointed well, so it becomes that much harder to justify a 5 or 10 man brick

I feel like Fortifications should be relegated to a subset of additional rules, so GW doesn't have to nerf them to avoid breaking tournament play.

I have seen Black Templars Assault Terminators, but that is only with access to the 5+++.
