BUILDING A E46 DAILY DRIFTER FOR UNDER 5k

This video was filmed to show that you don’t need to be a millionaire to get into the sport of drifting. With a decent RWD and preferably manual gearbox I wanted to show that you can go out and pretty much get into drifting with anything, even your daily driver. I have been building this E46 for 5 months and it has been a blast, this video goes over pretty much everything I did to it before I traded it for my current tow rig and daily. This video was a ton of fun to make and I had an absolute blast getting soaked on my very first track day. I hope whoever reads/watches this also gets inspired to build that drift car they have always wanted!

Wouldn’t say “crazy” by today’s standards it came with a lot of good parts already on it, the whole preface of this was to not get an expensive or nice car to properly learn on. Hate to say it but these things especially manual ones don’t go for $1000 running and driving anymore

i literally just picked up the exact same car two weeks ago, a silver 2001 325ci with a 5 speed, gonna follow your steps a polish up my turd as well. for a "daily drift build" your car is honestly pretty clean id say, ive seen some real clapped out cars dude lol
