- This is almost the full version of the Refined Luohan Quan set, Er Lu. Missing the last section (as always!
It is mistakenly called Da Luohan and Xiao Luohan on other videos.
This set matches the Shaolin Encyclopedia correctly.
This set is considered a MODERN created set. it is a "refined" version of Da Luohan Quan for show purposes.

Just for the people who don't use this kind of training. I was super super against it at first, honestly I felt It was useless. I'm a judo black belt, I have a 23-10 Muay Thai record and 17 amateur boxing fights. The way this type of training have helped me to create mobility and strength I just can't explain. I Hope those Who are like I was at first give It a good try, you won't regret it

108 move version, the long and original version is from 1700s.

@RoyalDragonusa It's just an amalgamated set of movements taken from the other Luohan sets. It was done in modern times to save time and as training /preparation for when one finally learns to long 108 posture Luohan sets.
Just like Taiji Quan has the short forms instead of the long 108 posture forms. Same as done with this set.
oh for the love for shaolin martial arts sake please somebody tell me the name of this awesome song!
Bardock10235 It is called Wushu (search online with Chinese characters. Try Google translating Wu Shu Yin Yue (Martial Arts Music/Song)).
