st3lth0p5 with mouse aim recoil is just easier to control. If they were to reduce the recoil on console, they'd have to do the same for PC thus making the gun incredibly strong.

What about an operator named Szczęki(polish for jaws). He will be an attacking op. His unique gadget would be an attack dog. This would be an ai controlled German shepherd that smells out enemy ops and will give roamers positions away. And if everyone is in obj he will attack that as well. He spawns in with the dog by his side. This would be the button/keyboard controls- seek,stop, and attack. You could also control his speed to make him keep up with you. Keep in mind the dog constantly barks while in the General building so for balancing reasons. And for some cheeky added on fun, the op can pet the dog after each kill. #sundaymailbox
Buck should definitely be a tier. He isn't as good as ash or hibana sure, but he is picked almost every round by pros and excels at destruction. His gun is a headshot machine one you get used to the recoil. His gadget is an amazing breach tool and lethal in cqc

No it doesn't need any change to the AR of Buck on console....it is very easy to control
