although for me its not so difficult to beat light it up on expert, every time I do it my muscles get so weak to the point when it hurts to move them.
I can finally say after a couple of days of completing this song my arms still hurt. Damn you got some endurance
Yep! Endurance is key to hard songs that go for a long time.
When I beat it I I couldn’t feel my arms.
I just beat it. I'm pretty sure my arms were moving on their own in the last 2 minutes, because I sure wasn't willing them to move
When I beat this song my arms felt fine
I’m not sure but I think the trick is to keep your body loose and avoid tensing up. I tense up a lot in this level but when I loosen up I do a lot better
I can go 38 seconds in before getting scared of the notes lol

Try doing lower levels first, like normal and hard mode, and have no fail on untill you beat the song, you've probably already finished the song after 2 years tho 💀

The part where I keep struggling and ultimately failing is 4:17. I can barely lift my arms the day after. Shoulders are not happy...but they are getting strong!

@@luckyhydratv I use my arms to swing harder for a higher score, but I'll use my wrists at some of the parts that spam.

@@wiacca it's a good thing I loved playing the song after I tried it online, now I'm almost an expert on Hard and I am trying to work on Expert (I can only play at night on weekends since I would annoy my roommates and block the TV, so I wait until they're in bed to play)

3:53 I was playing multiplayer and I practiced this part alot in solo mode and this Mohawk guy was ahead of me until this part and because I practiced this part alot I passed him and got a full combo on that part too and I ended up winning because of this part saving my life If I hadn't practiced this part alot I would've lost probably

Everything is not so difficult, but the section starting at 3:55 gets me nearly always. I only finished it 2 times so far, once at least i was recording XD

The hard part lasts from 3:54 to about 4:40. That means you've gotta give it your all for a full 46 seconds. Good gosh. On expert+ that's just...how?! On this, that is mad impressive.

Edit: I DID IT WOOHOO I CAN DIE HAPPY NOW. I still don’t understand the pattern at 1:31 so mostly just look at the notes and let my arms do what they feel like and somehow I can pass it.
Also I cannot tell you the amount of pure unbridled joy I felt when I knew I was gonna beat it on expert. I would literally sit there and see I was halfway through and literally brace myself.
My first attempt I got to around 5:35. Either my next 20-30 attempts will not get me that close again or I try it another 2-4 times and I beat it. It's always one of those two for me, it's never somewhere in between.

Edit: I started to feel like passing out about 3 or 4 mins into the song because my heart was beating so fast and it was so hard to breathe and the only thing keeping my conscious was the little thoughts telling me how proud I’ll be if I complete it and how ashamed I’ll be if I fail holy crap it’s 6 minutes long 6 minutes of pure suffering just to be able to brag a little

Been working at this level for about 4 months now, basically since I started the game. I can now make it 4 minutes into the song before the god damn line of notes crushes my hopes and dreams.

Played the game a week straight as a beginner to the expert difficulty. I decided to try and beat this song. And oh god after *several* days of practice I *barely* beat it 3 times today.
Tldr: I can confirm this will *destroy* your arms lmao.

First time I completed this song, my arm was hella sore for a minute. Camelia songs are just insane.
If you think this makes your arm heart then you’ve never played cube runners horror level nine.
Some of these patterns don’t look so bad, but they go on for so long and it _really_ tuckers you out.

In a multiplayer game someone voted to play this song on Expert.
Out of 4 people, 2 persons dropped out and I myself stopped trying to hit the cubes after 3rd minute. It's absolute hell.
I nearly died from exhaustion playing crystallized and now I gotta play this shit.
This is like my favorite song and I’ve completed this before but watching somebody else do it amazes me even tho I know I can do it too
Also I hope that soon in a later update they’ll add a duration bar for that little bit of motivation telling you you’re almost done so you decide to push through

Lol I can do it but the trick is to keep your arms really relaxed- there's a lot of comments on here about people waking up with their arms feeling horrible, or their arms hurting right afterwards. You have to relax. A lot. Use your wrists more and make a fluid motion. This works for me!

Ironically enough, the hard part for me is the chorus, not the actual "hard" part, idk why maybe cause of the hand confusion in the chorus. Kudos to anyone who can beat this song period, and EXTRA kudos to this guy. FC'd it like it was nothing

I figured out what makes this level so hard. During the second half of each chorus there’s an alternating pattern that switches from each hand back and fourth. This is so difficult because our brains aren’t normally wired to follow one beat with one hand, and another beat with the other hand. This is why playing piano is so hard at the start. Stupid rant of mine but whatever

Any advice for FCing? I’ve beaten it but there are a couple sections I usually mess up
sry for the late reply, I would just recommend slowing down the parts you are having trouble with and gradually speed them up to develop muscle memory. After you can play through all of the hard parts individually, it's just a matter of stringing them all together in a final full run. It will definitely be a challenge because this song is so long, but keep trying! You might surprise yourself :)
I almost fluked this level with no practice but died around 4:45
