I made an edited version of this.
A freighter in my world had an ERROR which caused all of its computers to malfunction with the MAIN BRIDGE COMPUTER activating EMERGENCY SELF DESTRUCT.
The MELTDOWN lights and speakers still played the warning, but the alarm was not the same. This must be the rare occasion of a SYSYEM BREAKDOWN CRASH.
