  • I wanted to bring through some more metaphysical practices for your spiritual toolkit.
Dream work is a potent practice in which to understand your subconscious. It plays in the same field as death and is a moment each day we get to leave our physical body and become multi-dimensional.
Near death experiences are very similar to the liminal state. We can learn to dream so we learn to die well.

Can't believe it took me this long to find this video, but it honestly feels like perfect timing. I'd love to see a more in-depth class on breaking down dreams! 🙏 I can't get enough of hearing you speak. My dreams have been so vivid lately-definitely a bit confusing and uncomfortable at times. Funny enough, I actually used the mirror trick in a dream last night after realizing I was dreaming. 😅 I feel like I’m closer to my soul path than ever before, though there are still a few things I haven’t fully worked through that bring up some anxiety. I’ve noticed my liver is probably detoxing too-my face is breaking out, and I’ve had zero urges to drink, plus my smoking has seriously dropped. Been cleaning my eyes with hydrogen water and German chamomile hydrosol like you suggested, and it’s been such a soothing practice. I know I’m getting there, but I feel like my dreams are trying to tell me something important that hasn’t fully landed yet

YES and you are doing this work... like it is awakening something in you... dreams are our deep subconscious so your nervous system feels safe and supported to begin to process and integrate more in the quantum space which is so much faster than the 3d world!

Most of the time in my dreams I'm always floating even though no one else is.
Also while sleeping I was able to embrace my late wife one last time. We found ourselves hugging each other and brushing our faces to each other's. We were just in some wall-less space and we were both amazed that we'd been given this gift. I don't believe it was a dream. She said to me, "how are we able to do this?". I said, "I don't know but I know that when I wake up, you'll be gone". I wish I hadn't said that because at that moment I woke up.

This brought tears to my eyes - and you are right - it wasn't a dream - those are the other dimensions we reach to and communicate to. I am so glad your souls connected in that way, as they are at all times, but your faculties were receiving them. She is always with you

So interesting!!! I just picked up Carlos Castaneda's The Art of Dreaming and then your video shows up in my feed! I know I haven't even mentioned it out loud or looked anything up on my phone (or laptop) so this really is a fortunate surprise! I totally agree and I am just now starting to delve into this realm even more. I will check out some other of your videos (if you have any) because I want to hear more about your near-death experience. Plus... I never knew that our liver was connected to our dreams! Thank you for that information, it is relevant with my recent questioning of the role of alcohol in our lives... So cool! You have a good presence and great name! :) Good luck!🍀

There are no coincidences! We are attracting in our whole reality through our thoughts and intentions so it is no wonder this video showed up!
The dreamwork is fascinating I cannot wait to see what you uncover. The video I went into a bit more on my stroke and my experience is here: ruclips.net/video/kGWR_c12EJA/видео.html
As you probably notice you don't really dream when you drink... it kind of blocks that function. it very much impacts our connection to the aspirational piece that is a gift from the liver.
      Happy Dreaming! xx

I like the way you're connecting death and dreaming. I went through two heroic doses and the experience was exactly like you are describing. I'm also a very active dreamer, so what you talked about in this video lines up with my own experience. One reoccurring dream I have is going to school and I always seem to have an issue finding the class room. Another reoccurring dream is having really sticky gum in my mouth that I keep pulling out but it seems to never end, I hate it so much that it's become a cue for me to realize that I'm dreaming.

Yes, the mirrored experiences are so confirming. That is such a key point - the recurring dreams allow us to wake up in our dreams because of the recognition of them. And the symbols in them too... it is such a profound practice I am so glad you are doing it :)
