Man there are truly some haters with literally nothing better to do in their lives than to mess other peoples stuff up. Idk what the situation is really like over there but that seems like an out of the way Jersey barrier on the side of a path. But good on you guys for getting it fixed up again
this is something special right here. when it transitions from the first attempt getting damaged to the guys fixing it, then starting to skate it, and then more and more people showing up. just perfect. rhino is a national treasure (and Jesse Silva too!)
I love how concrete spots is like painting on canvas, throw some shit down and figure it out as you go. Even Rhino sounds like he’s winging it half the time. 👏
When he said wasn’t even pissed out them smashing it out I realized… he’s done A LOT of these builds.
I will never get tired of build and skate videos. Keep it up!

I hate to say it, but this is a perfect illustration of the difference between surfers and skaters: Even at Trestles, the most crowded spot in SoCal, surfers will still get territorial while skaters will spend hours doing hard work just to create a spot for everyone to use
Not unheard of to go to a DIY to see that you can't skate it unless you built it

It's concrete binder. It helps new pours bind to the old concrete better so it doesn't separate and chip away as easily
Next time put a ring camera on a tree somewhere to see if anyone comes by to fuck it up. Or literally sit there all night.

They are prototyping some Stage IV reproductions trucks (the 215 is Stage IV), with the smallest being around a 149 I think. A number of pros are riding them.
