This poor poor carer. Clearly a hard working woman who cared. When she say’s they are a good family, I am sure she is referring to the likes of Maggie. It is very clear what Alec was saying regarding the 30-40mins… then to follow with discussions of her impending wedding costs, his abilities and her job security at the school, with his “good friend” being principal. You have to be blind Freddy not to realise what he was up to, wink wink. I am sure she has been intimidated right throughout this process. Hopefully there are less “Alec supporters” out there after these truths come out and she can, and should, hold her head high at being courageous, brave and standing her ground in honour of all the lives this man ruined through theft of money, and theft of life.
“Hey, I’ll pay some on your wedding” just like, “Hey, sue me and I’ll help you get money for the death of your mother.” History shows he can have ulterior motives to “helping” out others.

2:12:00 Defense, 'that's a lot of pleadings, you honestly thought you were going to get through them by Summer?' Witness, 'ya, maybe you haven't tried civil cases...' HAHAHA
2:19:58 Defense (paraphrasing) 'before there is even motions for summary judgment, or punitive damage you wanted all this financial info? Do you typically get this level of financial discover from defendants?' Witness: I think so, I think the judge ultimately agreed to give it to me. Defense: He agreed to give it to you? Witness: Sure. Defense: But I thought the hearing didn't happen.... Witness: Well you thought wrong. There's a lotta papers, so maybe you got confused. (LOL, priceless response.) Defense: He granted this motion? Witness: I think so, you wanna see the Order? Denfese: ....ya. Witness: Yanks it out of his pocket. HAHAHAHA Defense: This paper in no way says that. Witness: Only to you, Sir.
2:25:20 Witness: You're making statements of law... I'm telling you what was happening. Alex was gonna be back in front of the judge making some ridiculous argument, like you're suggesting now... (God I love this witness.) Defense: wouldn't judgement day be at trial Witness: NOPE, judgment day was Discovery of the financials.
2:28:00 To be clear, Defense is trying to argue guilt still needs to be discovered at trial, and the witness is like, nah we got the guilt but to settle out of court we demanded financials... only thing left on the table and judge would have figured that out. Such sass, from this witness, didn't even care if it was granted right away it was all about pressuring Alex... and THAT my friends is a murder motive.
Just when you think Defense is done, they come back for another beating by the witness. 2:32:00 Defense : What outcome did you expect from the hearing on June 10th? (for financials) Witness: The same one we got when it went forward. Now I know Alex was working to get the info on Monday, and if their objection had been sufficient there is no way Alex would have been doing that. So I COULD have got the info on the 10th, but if not it would have been argued to the same outcome. Defense: So voluntary disclosure or else a motion to compel Witness: that's the way motions to compel go every single day. (LOL, that sass.)
A little later Defense comes up with all these things that would have happened. Witness: You're speculating, the same as you're asking me to speculate. I am trying to talk to you about what the judge actually did, and what was in front of the judge. I get that you don't want to talk about that. Defense: blah blah blah Witness: Maybe in your imaginary world then xyz (Oh boi) Defense: You think the judge would have ruled differently on Alex than Parker Witness: YES, they are different cases and the judge DID rule differently, I dunno how to be more clear with you.
1:28:45 is when buster flipped off Mark Tinsley... He was acting like he was chewing on his fingers the whole time of marks testimony😂😂 probably so he wouldn't get called out and get in trouble🤦🏻♀️🤣

Alex was trying to manipulate the caretaker by suggesting he could help her out with the wedding costs the day after .. don't make no sense i'm sure he had a lot more on his mind beyond her wedding and if she was able to pay for it at that time
I noticed the defence asked multiple times about the search warrant and that the police could have gone and taken dirty clothes however they only took the clothes Alec had on at the scene so The defence trying to pick on the quality of the police’s investigation have pointed out a few things that they could have should have done but unfortunately they did not do

Thank you mr. Tensley. Sorry if I misspelled your name, it was the only one they didn’t ask to be spelled. One might also wonder why that is. You are the best, nonetheless.
This is a Shakespeare tragedy on steroids!!
The technician lady is brimming with youth and enjoying her moment on the stand. She's refreshing.
I love this Judge.
Me too
Join the club!
He said … we are friends but I’ll burn your house down 😮😂… burn
I feel so sorry for the carer who testified. Shes so upset
And being very cautious about what she says about this mafia family. I dont blame her.
Well said. Big love and mad respect to Miss Shelly. 💜✨
Bribery at its finest
Agree. Bribery, intimidation and veiled threats.
I hope Ms Shelley is offered witness protection from this mafia family.

This Judge is top of the food chain, we need more Judges like this, just a class act with conduct and fairness always on display.
He's so calm, cool and collected. I love that
Comparable to the one who heard the Darrell Brooks case. Both brilliant judges.
@@gemmag.2988 Absolutely! I love Judge Jennifer Darrow!
Why does any witness have to unwrap something right in front of the microphone? It’s one of the single most annoying sounds.
“Hey, I’ll pay some on your wedding” just like, “Hey, sue me and I’ll help you get money for the death of your mother.” History shows he can have ulterior motives to “helping” out others.
Please consider Closed Captioning for the deaf & hearing impaired. Thank you for your consideration. You’d be surprised how many of us are out here!!!
It's strange how it is available on the live feed. But if I have to go back to catch up it has gone,. Very frustrating as you say there's a lot ofbux about .
I’m watching the trial now and I use closed captions 24/7 and I’m so glad they have them!
I think history would show that Paul was more so the death of the party, not the life of the party.
Right...reports of his alter-ego TIMMY showing up when he drinks too much... he's spitting on people, slapping women and calling them b!tches AND MAKING SURE EVERYBODY KNOWS HIS NAME IS MURDAUGH
I love when the judge allows the courtroom to laugh or allow the witnesses and lawyers make little jokes at their own expense. It really helps relieve all the tension and reminds them all that they're humans. I understand it can be a ploy to humanize scummy people but it's, like, so needed so idc.
Good morning is this where the trial is gonna be live today?
I thought that they said that his wife had moved out of the home that they were having problems, and that she was about to discover their financial issues?
This monster had a lot of nerves confronting this atty. saying I thought we were friends, really , just last week, look how he did his friend, the attorney he stole that money from after the settlement and he stole from his clients, look at Alex murdaugh, this is evil, all about me, me and me. His son was responsible for this young lady life, and he didn't want to give this family nothing.
Oh I agree with you!
Absolutely agree too.
I agree too, plus he didn’t even pay for Gloria’s funeral after 20 years of service. Maggie should I seen to that as well. Greedy money hungry people, the more they have the more they want.
Why don't they show us the exhibit? Why don't they have screen at the witness stand?
I love mr. Tensley. Whatever your client says, is right.
Why are these awful lawyers so horrible and condescending to their OWN witnesses! How do any of these people still have jobs.
Haha besides the fact he said he was at a Lindsey Graham fundraiser loving this guy. You can hear his disgust
Oh he’s in trouble trouble 😮 the judge is letting the financial crimes and the boating incident in!!!!
Hi everyone I’m watching from Ireland and I’m wondering what time court finishes and how many hours are you behind us .

Defense, 'that's a lot of pleadings, you honestly thought you were going to get through them by Summer?'
Witness, 'ya, maybe you haven't tried civil cases...' HAHAHA
2:19:58
Defense (paraphrasing) 'before there is even motions for summary judgment, or punitive damage you wanted all this financial info? Do you typically get this level of financial discover from defendants?'
Witness: I think so, I think the judge ultimately agreed to give it to me.
Defense: He agreed to give it to you?
Witness: Sure.
Defense: But I thought the hearing didn't happen....
Witness: Well you thought wrong. There's a lotta papers, so maybe you got confused. (LOL, priceless response.)
Defense: He granted this motion?
Witness: I think so, you wanna see the Order?
Denfese: ....ya.
Witness: Yanks it out of his pocket.
HAHAHAHA
Defense: This paper in no way says that.
Witness: Only to you, Sir.
2:25:20
Witness: You're making statements of law... I'm telling you what was happening. Alex was gonna be back in front of the judge making some ridiculous argument, like you're suggesting now...
(God I love this witness.)
Defense: wouldn't judgement day be at trial
Witness: NOPE, judgment day was Discovery of the financials.
2:32:00
Defense : What outcome did you expect from the hearing on June 10th? (for financials)
Witness: The same one we got when it went forward.
Now I know Alex was working to get the info on Monday, and if their objection had been sufficient there is no way Alex would have been doing that. So I COULD have got the info on the 10th, but if not it would have been argued to the same outcome.
Defense: So voluntary disclosure or else a motion to compel
Witness: that's the way motions to compel go every single day. (LOL, that sass.)
A little later
Defense comes up with all these things that would have happened.
Witness: You're speculating, the same as you're asking me to speculate. I am trying to talk to you about what the judge actually did, and what was in front of the judge. I get that you don't want to talk about that.
Defense: blah blah blah
Witness: Maybe in your imaginary world then xyz (Oh boi)
Defense: You think the judge would have ruled differently on Alex than Parker
Witness: YES, they are different cases and the judge DID rule differently, I dunno how to be more clear with you.
1:28:45 is when buster flipped off Mark Tinsley... He was acting like he was chewing on his fingers the whole time of marks testimony😂😂 probably so he wouldn't get called out and get in trouble🤦🏻♀️🤣
I love mr. Teasley. Don’t let the defence give you any crap. You rule!
I bet it’s hard for a judge to stay awake. It must be taxing sitting there in that robe listening to people argue and drum on and on.
On the contrary, I think the judge would be fascinated to be witness to all the convoluted theories and twists and turns. I thought for sure the raincoat would have blood on it!
i bet he is listening to every word, last case before he retires. This man has served justice for many years
They are trying to play games and confuse this poor lady. Sad.
You got that right.
NOT ONLY THAT but I feel she is afraid because she STILL DOESN'T KNOW what trouble AM is capable of causing in her life.
@@ellemack8987 Spot on.
That look on his face at around 4:05...if dirty looks could kill...he's guilty AF
Omg I noticed that a few times. Where’s the crying and shaking his head? What a fake and phony. He’s a psychopath
3:40:00 I admire this lawyer’s demeanor he’s kind, attentive, empathetic, and dramatic
I hope someone offer the home health aide some tissue
Such a beautiful town - terrible this tragedy has happened.
Wow! Mr. Tinsley was a BOSS!
That prosecutor lawyer questioning the caretaker and gsr lady needs to move the little monitor on table a touch that he keeps asqeezing by.
This trial it now getting interesting ! Thank God
Can anyone read lips ? I'd like to know what AM and JG are talking about
I’ve often wondered if someone watching would do that and share with media. Guess they would be in big trouble though.
Given Griffins abysmal performance, Alex is probably trying to get him to lower his fee
Hey art vandalay. Haha. I remember Seinfeld! Well Alex is saying I’m really screwed and theirs no way to win and his attorney is saying I will write you in prison
@@eloise22422 🤣
Who stores raincoats balled up in a wardrobe?
Someone rushing to hide it. Would have been a lot less suspicious to have hung it up.
Bankrupt homicidal maniacs
I didn’t get the questioning of Paul friend by the prosecution
No that seems pretty desperate. An entitled rich brat saying how great they all were. Meh.
Mark Tinsley is a rock star.
Alex was trying to manipulate the caretaker by suggesting he could help her out with the wedding costs the day after .. don't make no sense i'm sure he had a lot more on his mind beyond her wedding and if she was able to pay for it at that time
What a fake phony Alex is besides being a psychopath and stone cold murderer
I want to know if the state has the clothes Alex wore in the video with Paul just hours before the murders? He obviously changed clothes.
I noticed the defence asked multiple times about the search warrant and that the police could have gone and taken dirty clothes however they only took the clothes Alec had on at the scene so
The defence trying to pick on the quality of the police’s investigation have pointed out a few things that they could have should have done but unfortunately they did not do
This is incriminating!
Why - no blood found!
@@SJC49 they don’t need blood. They have a mountain of evidence. Everyday it gets worse for that psychopath murderer
Almost seems like the defense has done things which have open the door to support the prosecution or they are just fumbling on certain points.
oooooo the suspense filled Opening of the Raincoat!
yeah that was ridiculous.
why did Alex go to the Bahamas after murders?
Bevis is on trial for murder but Butthead is nowhere to be seen 🤣
😄💯
Is it just me or has there been a huge shift in Mr. Murdaugh’s demeanor?? It’s kinda scary…. 🤔
True
He’s much more aware and his facial expressions are more serious
a.m. trying to look like someone’s grandpa with those eyeglasses low down almost off his nose.
The Defence have opened the door so many times for further evidence to be revealed, quite shocking really for experienced criminal lawyers.
God bless Miss Shellie. Beautiful woman, tough situation to be in. She has a strong faith and has no choice but to tell the truth.
It’s staggering the amount of people this man has negatively affected. True narcissistic behaviour and possibly. The amount of witnesses who have given glowing references about him, how kind he is, how generous etc and who truly cared about him and his family, and yet paradoxically he lead this double life and evidently has a sadistic side. Tragic case all round.
Maybe he used the blue “whatever” it was to cover his truck driver seat as an extra precaution not to get any transfer in truck.
Possible - I think they found gsr inside the jacket but no blood.
Or maybe he gathered the guns inside there and dumped them in a nearby swamp on the way to his mums.
