This is something to think about. Alex is supposedly concerned about his mother, she has alzheimers, forgets & confused. WHY did Alex POUND on the house by bedroom at 6:30 in the morning to " let the caregiver know he was there"? WHY not call the caregiver like he did on night of the murder. I'm a RN & from my experience I think you would scare your mom if she awoke to pounding. I think he did it to try ,& intimidate the caregiver so she would back his story !! Glad the lady caregiver told the truth 15-20 minutes. ALEX your story doesn't make sense when you left Moselle on 6-7-21 why not drive out by the kennels as you knew Maggie was there, you called her I think 3 times & then sent text saying you were going to mom's at 9:08 . .....20 minute drive each way =40 min so you could have only been at your moms 20 min . Total time 60 min because you called 911 " pretty much right away" when you got back to Moselle. 911 call was at 10:06. ALEX is an entitled corrupt lawyer who only has his self interest & can lie without a care. ALEX is i feel a Bully & tries to intimidate people, just like he did with the lawyer, Mr. Tinsley . It is very clear what Alec was saying regarding the 30-40mins… then to follow with discussions of her impending wedding costs, his abilities and her job security at the school, with his “good friend” being principal. You have to be blind Freddy not to realise what he was up to, wink wink. I am sure she has been intimidated right throughout this process. Hopefully there are less “Alec supporters” out there after these truths come out and she can, and should, hold her head high at being courageous, brave and standing her ground in honour of all the lives this man ruined through theft of money, and theft of life.
