He is reacting, it might not be as much as some people, but you don't have to talk and pause the show constantly to be a reaction. The people who hate how the logo was overtop the animation- first of all, you're not watching this reaction for the show- you're watching it for the reaction. And either way- there's something called copyright, ever heard of it? He wanted to upload as much of the actual reaction as possible, and the only way to not get copyright claimed is to either cut out huge chunks of the show/reaction (which he chose not to do), or somehow alter the animation- like putting the logo overtop.
