I was binge watching some of your videos tonight and saw your Holy Water pour, in which you were talking about not judging people as we dont know what they are going through. You may want to watch a movie called Crash, with Sandra Bullock and many other well known faces. It shows the stories behind each interaction with other and how they influence their actions. A definite eye opener. Love your colours by the way!

I loved your story about your sister and the dog’s toothpaste! I have one for you, I can’t seem to keep a pizza slicer in the house. You know the kind with the big sharp edged metal wheel? I swear I buy 3 a year. Unlike your story, I never find lost pizza slicers! 🤣

Hi Tiggy, Love the colors. Interacting on Facebook would be fun. What a good reminder to take care of myself. I have found using lighter weights with higher reps helps shed weight & tone muscles. Heavier weights made much muscles large & not drop as much weight but gain weight in bigger muscles. Hoping I can have some more free time. Much love
