Jaskier is his name in the books and has been used in the show for all languages. It's Dandelion in the games only! (the english translation for Jaskier (Polish) is buttercup but I guess they went with another flower)
Milk Thencereal well, depends on the language. He is named after a flower and they translate it as such. In the dutch books hes called Ranonkel which is dutch for Dandelion. It took me a while to get used to it LOL
