Karen Hunter I agree. It is about strategy. Several years ago when you were talking about switching to Republican party, I did. I tried to get several people to switch and they said they can never be a Republican. To me is was about keeping out the crazies in Republican party from being elected in local elections in my state.

It amazes me how Dr. Carr is literally a walking encyclopedia...I find it fascinating how he's able to not only retain all this information but to be able to translate it to us in such a relatable way.....I'm an avid reader myself but I can't even lie...after I read the last page and close the book...I can't remember any of that shit I just read 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣....maybe bits and pieces, but the way Dr. Carr remembers all these dates and who did what....My God this man is amazing and we are truly blessed to get his condensed teachings.....these 2 hours every Saturday are not enough for me....I aspire to be a great thinker and orator like him.....I often watch his black table show and don't get me wrong he has great topics that he discusses and all his guest are very intelligent as well....but I be disappointed because I wanna hear Dr. Carr spit that shit as the kids would say 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Professor Hunter u are a gem as well, like I said I'm a truck driver so I listen to u all the time and all the different topics u discuss as well....and I thank u and honor u for your contribution to society and making the world a better place because of your sheer existence.....Thank u and God bless u
In a perfect world I would be lucky enough to possibly meet Dr. Carr and Intern under Professor Hunter....I'm at a point in my life where I just wanna be around dope people who are inspiring and like minded
God bless u both and thank u for being dope 💯

Thank you for that reminder statement, Prof. Hunter, "freedom is not free!" We know that quite well!!
Thank you and Dr. Carr, for these history lessons, as many of us would be lost without them!.
There's so much going on that's affecting our people today, it's taking me a minute to digest it all!
We NEED to call on TMH and incorporate the ancestral ways of knowing in order to combat and handle these battles we're facing as a people - now more than ever!!
It's always good to celebrate the rich heritage of those ancestors who paved the way for us, namely Henry McNeal Turner and Julian Bond!
May they both Rest Easy in Eternal Peace and Power!!💐💐

As always, in class with my pen and pad. #Knarrative ❤🖤💚 I want to posit that we can absolutely change the South in less than a decade with some sweat equity. Creating physical changes in rural areas from clinics to childcare to food collectives would change the lives of the masses of NON voters, of all stripes. NON voters are the biggest "gettable" block, and their biggest complaint is "nothing changes". Go out and provide what people NEED, AND FOR WAAAY LESS money than these candidates spend on a single ad buy for a congressional race. These Super PACs need to rethink WHERE and HOW you spend donor money. #NotHard #WeNeedPeople #WhoThinkDifferently Infrastructure improvement is the other key, but that has to come at the county & state level. As the 1870s showed us, the poor & the formerly enslaved can absolutely RUN the tables IN THE SOUTH. Love this space Thanks Prof. Hunter!! Thanks Dr. Carr!! #ICWC #KRebels #Knubians ❤🖤💚♥️

African-Americans (voters, media talking heads, campaign workers, civil rights workers, politicians and the rest) need to heed the words and deeds of the recently passed Kevin Alexander Gray out of South Carolina. He was the campaign manager/organizer in SC for Jesse Jackson in 1984 and 1988. (I think that Jackson won the state both times.) He often talked about getting organized politically.
I think we need a Marcus Garvey/Malcolm X attitude towards politics and fight hard for or on policies that involve us. We also need to support those who REALLY support us and support policies that help us. The right wing is organized and runs effective campaigns. Hence, they are winning elections.

The father, the son, the holy ghost 🤔. This reference and connection caused me to see if April was a connection as well. Georgia Washington gave his inaugural address (supposedly pushing the bill of rights) on April 30, 1789, end of civil war April 9, 1865, Abraham Lincoln murdered/died on April 15, 1865, Martin Luther King murdered on April 4, 1968 and the Tennessee 2+1 expulsion April 6, 2023. The expulsion is causing the togetherness of a flock. Not sure what this really means🤷🏽‍♂️ but something to think about as we continue to make connections. Major events that caused some shifting in thinking. Thanks again for just leading us in the direction of thinking and researching.
