I think 3’s is the better splatfest theme but imo 2 has this iconic funkiness to it that makes it more memorable than 3, but idk, maybe 3 will grow on me.
I really liked that the Splatoon 3 Victory and Defeat songs (at least for the splatfest) made you feel good no matter what the outcome of the battle was- It just made you want to keep playing and feel alright even if you lost horribly and I like that in comparison to the first two games- I hope it stays like that for when the actual game comes out where the defeat music doesn’t crush your soul every time you hear it-
