Cylinder and piston are from old fridge compressor. The cast iron cylinder got worn, so I made new from steel and piston with piston ring - • 4 stroke engine

Hi, for the frame I used aluminium sheets, the shaft is from steel, also the flywheel. The piston and cylinder are from cast iron and the bodies of valves are made from brass.

I think it connected to the fly wheel. so when he turns the the fly wheel a spark it made. FYI there a spark plug on the back if you look hard enough

+ahmed abdelrahman Hi, I can post video with cams, but the cylinder is changed yet. The fuel delivery is very simple. Only vapour carburetor and ball suction valve.

What kind refrigerator did the compressor you used come out of?
im not sure about this engine but some of my buddies have made one out of the compressor from a 1940/1950s freezer.

I don't see any valve train, how can that be a Four stroke, wouldn't it be a two stroke? It sounds like a four stroke.
+manstersr it seem that only exhaust valve is operated, intake valve is just springed.

No, it runs on petrol fuel, electricity is only for ignition

Slušná prácička.. kolik zabralo času tohle vyrobit? a dal by se z toho udělat kozí dech? ( motokolo?)
Vďaka, času to zabralo dosť, lebo som to vymýšľal od piky a z toho co som našiel. Motokolo by isto neutiahol, to má malý výkon (10ccm).
@@jurij9999 Dobrá rpáce klaždopádně to funguje.. je mi jasny že by to netahlo 20/h a ani do kopce, ale tak po rovince by to bez šlapani něco snad rychlost chuze udrželo.. když už nic.. veřim že by to upoutalo pozornost XD Pořád kutim malej motorek na kolo jako fakt pidi.. nejlíp je na tom honda 15ccm a 14000/rpm.. ale je to hrozna pila.. chtělo by to neco maličkyho s vysokozdvyhem.. a 100% 4 takt ty jednobuchy prostě řvou a žerou.. Vyvíjíte něco dalšího? nebo tenhle motor byl poslední?
