You can flatten the end with a hammer. It’s totally fine without doing that though.. just don’t run it without a cartridge. Since this video, I wanted to make them easier to remove, as one may need to replace it, or travel with it without the risk of bending the bar.
@@colinmclane6930 Colin, I had since updated the swingarm. The new one uses a set screw… I thought it would be common sense. The set screw wasn’t even tight.🤦🏻♂️
My swingliners this version I don't know if I want to change it the hits perfect 👌
I like your dmcv2 and sidewinder but my favorite was the swing liner for carts kinda excited for the v2
I recently made the plunger bar easier to slide in and out.. also added a new video showing how to make it a tighter fit ✨
First comment !!!!
Love your machines
Got 4 already !!!!!
Gonna catch them all
Is there any way to secure it? I just got mine and didn’t even get to use it because the bar just shot out when I turned it on.

I just uploaded a video showing how to secure it better.. been meaning to do that… thanks for the extra motivation!
I cannot get the bar out. My bar is mangled
Use pliers. It’s just pressed in. Email through repair form to get the upgraded swingarm.
