I use beadless purple woolies on a floating line so they swim in the 1-3 foot range. Perfect for fishing from a kayak @ the lake. 5-10 feet from the bank fishing parallel to the bank. Sz 10-14. Happy Fishing.

I have been using a feeder rod 13ft with inter changeable top tip 2 ,3 ,4 oz . And catch more fish, than people who are using fly rods. Learn to adapt with what you have. No point spending your hard earned money on , some on SO CALLED new Rod's & reels. Use what you have , more money in your pocket . Too spend on groceries & essential needs.
