Learn adobe animate or any program for animation really. I reccomend animate but its pretty costy I dont know better alternatives so sorry, anyways if you REALLY wanna animate and you have money, buy animate and search up sprite animating tutorials

Фон двигается, а передник нет. Сделано для того чтобы потом при помощи камеры сделать пролет из одной точки в другую. Сделать вид что двигается все)
Я будто так не делаю. Но я про то что в Грин хиле фон опережает камеру.
