I really like the fact that you're not using Tik-Tok music in your videos it adds A Touch of Class
200% agreed. It adds to the relaxing vibes of the overall process, adding classical/jazz.
@@BubbaSimmz I also agree, but I kind of miss the brrrt brrrt brrrt of the pressure washer.
@@ohmightyzeus6135 valid. Lol. Reminds me of the good ol’ fashioned A10 Warthog.

Like that "Oh No. Oh No" song
I never would've thought that watching paint being stripped could be so satisfying - sort of Zen-like 😌 Great music too 👌
Thank you! I appreciate that!
Mesmerizing... ;-)
very asmr
Great video bud! Glad you’re showing the 2nd pressure washing. Seeing the car go down to bare metal is awesome.
Thanks buddy! I honestly thought people wouldn’t like the extra stuff because it drug out the video longer. I’m glad that it’s being well received. I appreciate your feedback
@@minute_of_dangle Absolutely!

356 is such a beautiful shape ! I really enjoyed watching it emerge from layers of paint to bare metal...
It looks pretty solid for a 1960 car. Your job is just amazing.
Your music selection is spot on and I love to watch you do your thing man 😊.
The Mr. Roger's Neighborhood jazz music is pretty good, it puts a little something more that makes your show even more relaxing.
This video perfectly compliments my Sunday morning coffee. ☕
Awesome! I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you!
Solid bondo
Wow, that frame sat for the weekend and still tough to get off. I was wondering how long it takes to pressure wash these body's. You'll get it because you have a great work ethic. Great videos, keep it up cuz I love watching things get blasted clean again.

Wow, this old Porsche is in fabulous condition. No big rust damages, no accident repairs with polyester. A really rare piece😎🇩🇪
The first three and a half minutes were just awesome. The whole video was great, but that first part nailed it.
Being a Brit (we invented rust!) I can't see how a 356 shell can be in such good condition..... California might be the answer ;-)
🤣 yeah this one definitely surprised me

That stubborn yellow coating was Glasurit MS Urethane Primer Surfacer.....
That body look good.. watching cars going thru chemical bath is like watching tartar removal videos.. the suspense of seeing what lies beneath is addictive ✌️🤣
Great jobs.. great videos and great car. Loves 356👍
That 356 body is amazingly free of both rust and filler. If the owner has the matching engine and drive train, he’s got a gold mine.
This is one more proof that older cars were built better than nowadays. Over 60 years old and the body looks like new. Great quality.
That was incredibly satisfying to watch! Superb! What a wonderful structure to that model too… really impressive for its vintage.
Love to see a tour of the shop and how this all happens. And do you just shovel up all the crap that comes off? Amazing work!
Thanks! I’ll ask my bosses if they’re cool with me showing the whole shop. Yep I pressure wash it all in the corner and shovel it in a drum. Then we dry it out, and have a company pick it up.
@@minute_of_dangle I noticed you said bosses. I assumed this was your shop. Just a friendly heads up from something I saw happen to another channel. Guilty of treeson started a channel recording him cutting trees for his company. It grew really quick and the company basically took it from him. Maybe your bosses are cool and you don't have to worry about it. I just want to make sure you're taking care of for all your hard work. He started another channel and he's finally passed his previous subscription count. Love your content. Thank you for sharing.
@@Large_Sarge I appreciate your concern. My bosses are cool about it. It’s brought in a lot of business for them. I also went and purchased my domain name and stuff so I actually own everything. Thank you!

I like seeing the underside as much as the top. Would love to see one of those old Mopars with the heavy, chunky undercoating getting blasted.

Love the channel! Quick question, what do you do about inhibiting corrosion before the car gets primed? Especially in all those nooks and crannies. Do you spray some sort of treatment on the car?
Usually the car's body is treated with a form of phosphoric acid prior to priming and painting. That's a way to prevent corrosion.
Best music I have heard in a RUclips video in a LONG time
Cool to watch how clean the finished product is
That was one of the best videos you’ve done..
That car was tuff..
Beautiful car! Love the shape and great to watch the process of stripping back all those layers.
Your musical taste is impeccable. Very enjoyable! 😊
Great to see you love your work. I’m impressed by the quality of your work and the number of great classic cars you are working on
Great atmosphere choice with the piano medley. 👌
Great video I like how you made it look like it took a long time. I know It took a lot longer but the beginning out of it really showed what you gotta go through to get it done. but again great video.
Thank you! I’m really glad you enjoyed it!

The jazz piano is great for pressure washing
Wow - what a job ;-). Excellent music selections, shooting & editing.
The piano music has me thinking of Schroeder from Snoopy

Well I hope one day it makes it’s way to me! I’m glad you like the videos! I’ll keep them coming
I always thought that when you dipped a car it would come out spotless…no paint, no bondo…….nothing…..ready for paint! After watching these great videos I now realize just how much work goes into stripping a car.
I just discovered that I like the sound of the pressure washer..The music leaves me wanting.

Your job is pretty satisfying bro but it's a tuff work even frustrating sometimes dipping again and again until u get the best out of it ......a big salute for ur hard work bro 👍
This was freaking awesome. Would love to see what happens next though..
Wait! You went from 100k to over 200+k subscribers in 3 months? Congratulations my friend.
several users asked how to prevent the bare metal of the shell to rust immediatly after leaving the bath. There is a process, which is also a bath in combination with electricity, where the bare metal is protected perfectly and which is also a good basis for the following restauration. The liquid also creeps in everywhere, so you must not fear any unprotected areas. The process has to be done immediatly after the dipping and cleaning and is called in Germany" KTL- Beschichtung"(
Kataphorese- Grundierung).
I could watch you for hours, it´s a kind of hypnotizing, hahahaha. I don´t thing an Italian classic would survive this process, they rusted already in the catalog, hahaha
Great work. Love the videos and your content/work. Keep adding classical guitar music!
a lot of water, acids, residues. And as soon as the steel is completely exposed it needs to be protected. Is it really worth it?
Always wanted to dip a car , just never got to do it! Sweet
How do you protect yourself from all the chemicals?
I do a scaled-down version of this when I strip the paint from Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars in a paint stripper bath before I repaint them.
Nice! I’ve done a few scaled down versions of this with 1:24 scale models
Your edit did make it interesting! Great choice of music too. Very satisfying: reminds me of the pleasure of removing bailer twine stick in a muck spreader 😁
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it
I wonder what the outcome might have been with a wet media blast? (Dustless?) That is a solid body!
have you considered using a spreader bar and a cam or weight to create a slight rocking while in the tank to stir the paint/ alkaline solution?
Damn that was a tough one mate. You put a lot into that, good job.
Great work, very impressive results!
Loved the music !! And the content
I have no idea how or why this process is so addictive..!!!

I hope all your job's look as good this one
You worked great! Good Job!
Thanks buddy!
Awesome video. What keeps the car from flash rusting while we're looking at it? Water and bare steel seems like a bad combination.
Great video. Awsome Job

Great taste in background music!!
Nice sounds ❤
Sure loved it, outstanding
Thank you!
Something I find very satisfying seeing a car stripped of all its paint.
Thanks for watching you won my giveaway prize text me with the above name on tele-gram to claim your prize...............👆
That was probably 2-part urethane paint. The polymers cross-link making the stuff incredibly durable once it sets. Lots of that stuff being used these days so I'm sure you'll be dealing with it increasingly with time.
If there was ever a car which deserved a no expense spared restoration, it's a 356
Fantastic job man
Interesting video and excellent music background.
OMG this is so great, if we get to see those cars gets restored would be even better!
But this really makes me wonder, how much will this cost for the car chassis strip down till the bone shows?
Nice build
Great stuff love it ❤
Next year I would like to have my 1949 Buick roadmaster sedanette dipped.
Looks Great !!!
I had a 1960 356B snrf. A very cool black beauty until I thought to restore it. I got a cut rate bead blasting the bondo as a training piece for body shops. I couldn't believe what it had become, it looked like swiss cheese, not much of the original car was left. He said, do you want me to keep going? Nope! I've seen enough.
Dipping Reveals All Sins!!!
Very well done step by step video!

It definitely gave a decent amount of protection!
Where can I watch what happened to this body in white after this chemical dipping process? I'm genuinely curious about that now lol
Great work! Have you tried strapping the camera on top of the pressure washer? I imagine it could make for some nice shots and you could also use both hands to hold the washer.
The amount of gunk in the frunk is beyond belief!
Wow... I'm in love with that coupe. I thought it was rough, but down to metal it's really in excellent shape. Front left has a problem, and some weird welding around the gas tank pad.
Man i really love this video, you just show all the proces 👏👏👏. I dont know about the music but eny way exelent video, thanks a lot. Big hug from Argentina 🙋♂️

If you used a rotary pressure washer nozzel, you would get more paint off. It spins a much more concentrated stream.
I prefer the classic music. Great job.
My holy grail car.
Love the Vids, Love the Jazz music!!
