Currently building Herta on my new second account where I don't wish. I know she is not very good but damn is she fun. Her, and Qingque are reasons why I decided to make this second account, cause with such limited characters, you pretty much have to build everybody to make your account as good as possible. Maybe not the best thought process, but the whole point of this account is to have fun, and I am, though I've only been playing for two days at the moment.
Herta is so underrated. Why so many people put her in such a low tier list? (Note: i don’t care about tier list, but people categorized them in “tier list” is concerning to me) :’)
Because she's just so bad compared to other character and those tierlist is mainly about meta-wise and how easy to use it is. However herta require such high investment just to still get a weaker performance than most other character make her lower in the tier list
@@susussamongus1437it's clear that hsr devs made her only as a free character you get for completing simulated universe, similar to barbara from genshin impact but u get her from levelling up. She was destined to be a mediocre or bad character
That's why Simulated Universe exists, this content allows anyone become a good unit because of the buff SU offered and having fun with the character you want to play
I hate this kind of video, not only this is not a 'Herta team', but it only includes Herta build (a pretty mediocre one, damage is mostly from the SU paths).

You can trigger her kurukuru much more then normally.
