This demonstration was done in 1975 in Long Beach, California during the 3rd WUKO World Karate Championships by the two persons who probably promoted and popularised Okinawan Goju Ryu more than any other person to the West since the late 1960's: Higaonna Morio Sensei and Chinen Teruo Sensei.
The footage was filmed by myself on Super 8 movie - I was a member of the South African Team that lost to the eventual World Champions, England. Bakkies Laubscher
