This video was super great and relaxing but I just about passed out at 24:00 what is this breathing exercise 😂. 20 seconds of breathing out and waiting are you tryna kill me.
If you are carrying a fair amount of tension, you will find this breathing harder because you will be used to breathing with the upper part of your lungs. Keep practicing, once you get the hang of it, it feels amazing xx
If you're carrying a lot of tension, you'll be used to breathing with only the top 3rd of your lungs. This technique requires you to use your whole lung capacity (diaphragmatic breathing), so it's a case of practice. It will serve you well longer term to breath like this, as it will help you spend less time in a fight/flight mode which puts strain on all your systems. Try not to get frustrated, just work with where you are and practice regularly. Good luck my friend x

Exhaling for 16 and holding longer before breathing again...was gasping for breath before I got back to inhale. Tips?
