    Well a 10 year plan is good, there really needs to be 50 year plans for New Zealand's largest city.
    The infrastructure needs to be made more robust for population growth, and 10 years isn't a long enough period.

      fonterra is only as good as its owners . but the owners proberly still do not know they can make milk with gmo's now .
