Hey man your videos are solid! I just graduated with my bs in finance. These vids are extremely helpful refreshers! Keep plugging away! You have no idea how much I appreciate this!
Hi, I know there is a simple answer and that everything needs to balance out at the end of the day, but can you explain, in the second change of the balance sheet in the example (when you buy $500 worth of inventory and $200 worth of PPE), why Common Stock is not affected if you are technically using $450 of that $500 initial common stock for the inventory and PPE?
I love how videos of dudes just looking at dumbass lines on candlechart graphd will have 100k views and the video that actually helps you value the company has 10k😂

First Transaction: Dr Cash 1,000 ; Cr Equity 500 ; Liabilities 500. Then (2nd transaction), you just Credit (deduct) Cash $450.
because the $450 is deducted from the cash balance and not the common stock!
You get more handsome every video
Someone pls tag me if they come across a more advanced version of this. thx.
