    This needs way, way, WAY more attention than its been granted. You speak fluidly and completely understandable and set the mood in ways most other content creators of this sort do not. Your delivery is amazing and it really engulfs us in the story. I will be sharing this with everyone I know, in car-rides, camping-trips and social media. Thank you for this!

      Joseph, your expression of appreciation for Dr Creepen’s talent to tell us a horror story with an exceptional delivery, presentation & voice performance matches my own opinion. I completely agree that yep, he IS the best & although there are other sites with good stories, not a single one of them come close to a voice or style that Dr C. consistently gives us !
      My favorite story in this group is “Red and the Wolves”@2:04🐺!

    First story is a good example of why some secrets can harm those they're kept from (In this case their children) this creepypasta is an extreme example obviously but still applies to those that try to shelter their children from the ills of the world, rather than take responsibility and educate, inform ,and/or guide them on the dangers of society and nature. Sheltered Children end up as teen parents, abusing substances, etc, due to having to find all answers by themselves in secret.

    • @histguy101
      @histguy101 2 года назад +3

      That's sort of a myth. The kids most susceptible to teen pregnancy, addiction, etc come from poor single-parent households(generally fatherless households) in urban areas and attending public schools where they are taught about all these things from a fairly early age.
      You teach your kids the best you can about the increasingly as they grow older and more mature.

    • @Jeremiah71603
      @Jeremiah71603 2 года назад +1

      @@histguy101 How is my comment a myth? So when I say "some secrets can harm those they're kept from" that's a myth?. I think everyone knows that the low income kid living next door to, and actual kid with the dad that's in prison being "raised" by a coke addict mother is going to end up being fucked up. No offense to you but copy/pasting common knowledge like its some major revelation isn't going to get an applause just because its technically correct it'll just get a "WOW! REALLY? WELL NO SHIT SHIRLOCK!!" reaction, that's the kind of shit you expect from Tabloid article from the magazine rack in the checkout line in a store with an Opra experts "sensational revelation". Its like saying the sky is blue, its common sense and what you posted is word for word what people have parroted by every Captain Obvious expert on talk shows and news article captions since the printing press and television. Urban areas, Public schools as a statistic... once again, yeah that's 90% of the population that's only a statistic by "technicality" its the same as saying 100% of people who died after childbirth breathed oxygen with their lungs. Maybe do more research and more importantly view multiple sources, sheltering children can be detrimental and that is not a myth and it needs more attention because that statistic is actually correctable. If 90% of students attended private schools it wouldn't lower drug abuse, or teen pregnancy, etc simply because they would be the majority and as such they would be around the exact same influences. "Kids most susceptible to being born Caucasian are from parents living in Europe or North America" I'm a magazine tabloid expert now!

      For anyone else who read Christus' reply, to get the point of my argument (AKA an actual fact) across to help keep you from being plum fucking ignorant as well, just remember, according to Christus Regnet Drivers Ed is a joke. Teaching people what to or what not to do behind the wheel of a motor vehicle will not decrease the likelihood of dying or killing someone else in a traffic accident AFTER ALL Regnet says "that's sort of a myth" For People living in or around wilderness areas that enjoy/live in the outdoors should NOT teach anyone what plants are edible or poisonous which animals are safe and which are venomous/poisonous or aggressive, teaching them anything about wilderness survival wont help them survive if they ever get lost, that's a MYTH. Don't teach them ANYTHING KEEP EVERYTHIGN A SECRET because teaching them that wont reduce the chances of eating a poisonous mushroom or reduce the likelihood of getting in a situation that gets them mauled by a bear among countless other things, Its ok to keep that information secret because its a myth just let them play Russian roulette every time they eat something when they are hungry. When your child becomes a pre-teen, don't have the "birds and the bees" talk, don't make it clear that you would rather for them not to be having sex at a young age and don't educate them on safe sex just in case they go out and do it anyways it wont reduce the chances of them getting themselves or someone else pregnant that's a myth according to Christus. Just assume your children and the people around you know everything about everything and keep all your experience and knowledge to YOURSELF. Educating children is a joke, kids attending school and living around and interacting with other human beings are just as susceptible to being illiterate, not knowing basic math skills, as a child that was lost at 1 month old and raised by gorillas in the wilderness! Oh, I almost forgot Christus also mentioned they are taught these things in school by relative strangers, BUT IT DOES NOT make a difference of whether or not a child learns/hears something/anything from an adult figure the child trusts and is close to, whether it be one of their parents, a legal guardian, grandparent, an aunt, uncle, a close teacher, the parent of one of their close friends it doesn't matter, the relationship that child has with the person the information comes from doesn't matter, I mean Christus said its a myth, it will have the same effect as though they were hearing it from a complete fucking stranger. If your best friend tells you, for example, that you've been acting strange lately, it will have the same effect coming from them as it would a coworker you hardly know. If you have EVER had someone close to you tell you, the hard truth, and those words hit differently than it did hearing it from other people, that feeling at that exact moment its just SHEER COINCIDENCE, you were just as susceptible to feeling that exact feeling than if they had kept their mouths shut and kept it to themselves. That is what Christus is saying, [ its almost as though they choose to believe that in order to make themselves feel better about the decisions they have made and the resulting outcome to shift blame from themselves and/or place themselves on a pedestal to look down on others (pure speculation, except that first part, they did say educating people to statistically increase the odds of having a better outcome is "sort of a myth") ].

      @@Jeremiah71603 Holy cow.
      When I said it's sort of a myth, I was referring to the idea that sheltered kids are more susceptible to teen pregnancy and drug addiction.
      And when I referred to urban poor in single parent homes, I don't mean your extreme example of a father in jail or drug-addicted mother. I'm just talking about single parent homes, like the parents are divorced, or weren't married and the dad left.
      And when I referred to public schools, I wasn't criticizing public schools, but pointing out that in public schools, mandatory education is in place for sex and drugs, meaning the students of public schools are not sheltered from those things. Many private schools also teach sex education and drug prevention, but many don't (or they just teach drug prevention).
      So the point of my comment is that the kids most at risk of teen pregnancy and drug abuse come from single parent, lower income homes, who happen to attend public schools where they are by law taught about both, and thus are not sheltered from such knowledge.
      It's not a matter of parents taking responsibility or not, they may just have a different view on what responsibly raising their kids means.

    Who throws a party on the night of a cursed moon? Were all the guests supposed to stay all night cause I don't see that being safe for everyone stumbling home in the middle of the night. Lol

    The first story makes me think it takes place in Yharnam, prior to the events of Bloodborne.

    On the last story did anyone notice the woman said that her sister was her twin and close to the end she said they took her when she was 12 and her sister was 10 . But loved the story but had to put that out there
