I've used Coinberry in the past when they first launched. It was incredibly easy to setup and use right away. Shakepay is another similar custodian solution. Remember kids stay away from the shitcoins while browsing these platforms.

So I've used the platform in the past - the 72 hour hold only applies to your first deposit. After that everything is basically instant.

@@samir551000 damn yeah those are some long wait times. Coinberry is really quick after your first deposit and 72hr wait. Another good one is Shakepay - I'll do a video on that one soon!

Unreal! Just checked their updated fees to see if they had lowered them from the 0.0005 they were charging when you made this.... NOPE! RAISED TO 0.001!!! At current prices (CAD) that's a 48$ fee to withdraw your bitcoin! Just exorbitant and unnecessary.
so you transferred from coinberry to your phone so are you saying you have your bitcoin in a wallet on your phone and now you have control of the bit coin not coinberry?
Yes that's right. Many platforms like coinberry can hold Bitcoin for you, but best practice is to send to your own wallet. I use Blockstream Green, Blue Wallet and Samourai. All are free (you should never have to pay for a Bitcoin wallet on your phone).

I haven’t tried coinberry but i use Shakepay, and yes you can Transfer from Coinbase so you can sell in other exchanges. I do that vie shakepay tho bro. Goodluck! Just make sure to send brc to btc wallet or eth to eth wallet.
The price is showing 5% more when you buy ans 5% less when you sell than the market price. Means they charge 5% which is very high. Steeling. I also mailed them 2 times on this no reply.
I just checked the prices and there is a 3.2% spread between buy/sell.
Most exchanges will be in the 2-3% range, so it appears pretty par for the course. Keep in mind that these companies have to pay fees to a liquidity provider, ensure they have a compliance officer to adhere to regulations, run proper security for any coin custody, pay banking fees, and advertise - all with these margins.

Right now etransfer is your best bet. No need to actually link your account - just follow the funding instructions and send an etransfer to the designated email and be sure to add the code they instruct you to include in the message section.
Regarding cashing out, if you go to the withdraw screen there's an etransfer option where you simply designate your email addy and they'll send one your way.
Alternatively to this, there are options for bank wires in which they'll require you to provide account information that can be found via your online banking or if you call your bank directly.

Yup you can sell your Bitcoin on Coinberry and receive dollars to your bank account!

Unfortunately no - because of Canadian regulations they cannot accept this form of payment because it could be a source of money laundering. They also need to prevent fraud.

Yeah I've heard it can vary. I haven't experienced that long of a wait yet, but I'm also with a different bank. Typically I've been topped up within 20 mins max.

Depends on your needs. Paxful is global, Coinberry is exclusive to Canada. Paxful has a bigger spread between buys and sells which can be pricier, but also allows for many more payment options.
Basically you should decide based on what your requirements are.

@@VadimMyVideos sort of, depending on how you use it. Coinberry sells coins to you at the average price on their platform (sourcing those coins from a variety of places), whereas Paxful you are dealing with a person that is signed up on the website directly (kind of like buying something on craigslist).
If you jump on Paxful for a quick buy or sell then you may be buying higher than average or selling lower than average. However, if you set up your own offers by placing a listing for others to pick up, you'll likely be making extra money, or getting cheaper Bitcoin.
Coinberry will be more consistently in the middle, so quick transactions are cheaper, but there is also not an opportunity to make money.
