I found this test to be more challenging than it seems. Then again, I was pretty new to fighting arts. I know some other schools don't have a white belt exam but I appreciate it, as a beginner.

I learnt all your white belt tutorials. I am an fit guy with basic boxing knowledge. Your tutorials are wonderful, I am so amazed with the basics of Krav Maga, specially the choke release thing is amazing. it works no matter how strong is the attacker (Trust me, I have applied it in real life :p).

Remind Adelade that she is assuming a closed fist posture frequently rather than open palms. Generally, nice improvement over the course of the training.

Would love to enroll but “training partner” is a reach. I have friends that I used to do BJJ with, they aren’t interested at all. I’ve asked friends at the CrossFit box, nobody is interested. I could get my wife to play along, but she won’t take it seriously. In order to progress would I need more than a half hearted pad holder?

Well, it would be very beneficial, to have someone that can train with the intensity of a real life attacker/etc. We have many students that train solo with intensity with a training bag; and ask their spouse to help with the testing videos. It can be done. Who knows she might surprise you, or one of your other friends might come around. When you want something bad enough, things start to fall in line for you; especially if it comes from a place of positive intention.
