Excellent video. Very nicely put together.
Eddie Howe is honestly the best English manager since Keegan.
Imma be flamed for this aren't I
Yeah. Youve missed Sir Bobby Robson! Funny how all 3 Managed Newcastle though
@65sneaky Oh shoot, yeah have no freaking idea how I forgot him.
@@thundabolt7867I bet youre not alone. Pleased to be of assistance
@@65sneaky its more that I wasn't around for either as I am only 20.
I keep forgetting which came first. Just how good they were from my family
@@65sneakyhe had more money and a better team at his disposal, similar manager styles with training young talent and having a connection to him, but Howe has the best win percentage since Kevin Keegan in 97, so that’s nearly 30 years…
RIP Atsu and Tiote, legends forever
@@GoatedKanye1 I was lucky enough to witness that in the flesh. I was in a corporate box, with free beers. 0-4 at half time I'd have gone home if it was on my own dollar. So glad I stayed. RIP Cheicky
Steve Bruce is the worst manager I’ve seen at the club and I’ve been following Newcastle a long time now 😂
You weren't around under Ossie Ardiles or Ruud Gullit then it was worse. Ossie nearly got us relegated to the now league One. Very dark times them like
@@daveelliott5855sorry a know it was short and rightly so but John Carver had to be the very worst surely.
@@Adam-f8c Hold my Pint here comes Joe Kinnear.
Steve mclaren
@@65sneakyfucking kinnear.. he had dementia later years of life, which explains why he called Cabaye “Yohan Kebab” and Ben Arfa “Hatem Ben Afro…”
Bruce had good players playing bad because he never trained them he was a lazy waste of space
yea spent more time golfing, players begging him for extra training. Shocking.
That’s the truth!
I’m sure they were doing 3 days per week training 😂
Honestly, that whole 'rift' between Howe and Paul seems more overblown then it more likely is. Course people will butt heads over transfers, and the direction of the club.
Like the comments on the transfer deals and how they're run. Like I'm not sure people understand the depth of Newcastle's squad. We've got players like Wilson, Miggy, Targett, Lascelles, Hayden, Krafth, and even now Longstaff on that list honestly, that are big big wages, that we're unable to move on. It's very unhealthy for the club, and one of the reasons we're always in concern for PSR. Like it feels like the only way we could let some of those go on low low transfers, is as if we got rid of a Bruno, or an Isak.
But also how before we had MA take us over, you could argue we were up there, in terms of money and such. But fastforward many years later, and so many clubs have either gotten to our level, or have passed us. The club's financial growth is truly shocking. We've more likely spent the past few years playing catch up. It's why we basically had to sell two promising future players for the club in Anderson and Minteh. We have the richest owners, but we're far from the richest club.
Got t our club back got rid the baron of bacon 🥓 and we’re back playing how we should be who’s that team we call united who’s that team we all adore we were the black and white and we know how to fight we’ll support you ever more toon toon
They are indeed improving faster than I thought
Happy i watched this before posting comment very good upload thanks.
Newcastle Uniteds time is upon us what we are witnessing now is a Newcastle team that will become unbeatable we can beat anyone home or away the team looks to be getting stronger week by week now if people wondered what Tonali was doing during is year out,,,whem you watch this brilliant Azzuri he has more than a full 90mins in his game,,Ive never seen a footballer so fit that he is almost untouchable now that Bottman is back Newcastle are building a defencive wall to big for any opposition to get over,,,the midfield is now proving it will be the best in the PL ,,,we are only 1 short of having the best front 3 in the PL,,,We are on the very verge of winning that elusive Trophy I'd predict we will challenge for the league title next season,,,I know it's a big ask but it is coming and Eddie Howe must stay at the front of this football Club because as Newcastle united improve Eddie Howe is also improving,,,he is an Elite coach he is more than proving he has what it takes,,,Our GIANT is awake and we thank Eddie Howe for waking that GIANT from a very long sleep .
Up the fucking Mags ,,,keep the faith we are back and we will be that force to be reckoned with.
Our Achilles heel is the size of the squad, not talent or ability, we're flying but if Issac gets injured what then ? Wilson is still off with a strained sock FFS .. loving the rest of the league haters watching the Toon fly high lol TOON TOON !
Bang on brother ❤
all I can think Tonali must have been doing during his suspension was forming a psychic link to Bruno. Their chemistry in the midfield is the best I've ever seen from a Newcastle squad
Love the passion but a bit dramatic thought I was reading a synopsis for a bestselling book😂 any team can be beat no team is unbeatable but we’re certainly heading in the right direction
Great video mate keep it up 👍🏼
Definitely exaggerated the situation between Mitchell and Howe. They work fine apparently, just some initial issues.
Newcastle fan here, Newcastle are not successful, but are still a big club in stature, one day in our lifetime they could win something, but I would rather be entertained.
What I do not understand is how there has not been actual hate from home fans on Newcastle travels, a whole stadium of people booing, never happened apart from a trip to Crystal Palace and another time at Brighton when they said Newcastle could not where an away strip that looked like a Saudi kit, a weak excuse from Brighton I think. I remember that clubs in Bundesliga were for a time outraged by the rise of RB Leipzig.
One time at a match someone protested outside SJP about the KSA takeover but the vast majority of people here are happy or just accepted it.
I remember a photo of Howe when he took his first training session where he is literally man handling Joelinton around the training pitch dragging him into position, I think it was a match Vs Norwich which was the turning point for Joelinton. Another player who was turned around was Emil Krafth, pretty much every single player improved even slightly under Howe, it was just 5 seasons too late for Paul Dummett.
Steve Bruce was not a good manager, another testimony of his lack of his enthusiasm was loan signing Danny Rose, where he claims under Bruce that every other day was a day off training, complete lack of ambition.
Thanks,
As a Newcastle fan, I just accept who our owners are. We didn't choose the PIF and have zero real power to do anything about it. Plenty of nasty people own football clubs, whether that is Jim Ratcliffe taking away funding for gifts for the volunteer stewards or any of the numerous asset stripping owners that have pushed clubs into oblivion. Like all fans we want to be entertained after a long week of work and (usually) crap weather. If nothing else, I now enjoy my weekends far more than I did when Cashley and Penfold were hanging around like the ghosts of Christmas past.
Sure, it'd be amazing to win some silverware, and I'm sure we will at some point in the not too distant future, but for now I'm just enjoying the ride.
Screw that I’ve been entertained by the entertainers no less and seen some fabulous football under sir Bobby travelled the continent now watching the best striker in the league tear defences apart now I need to see a trophy before I die please the party in Newcastle will be like nothing this league has seen before
I am thankfull for the Newcastle takeover even though i am not a Newcastle fan. The moment the Saudis bought the club the Premier Leage/English FA finally decided to use their non existant financial fair play rules / PSR , unlucky for Newcastle that they cant have the Man City 2 year transformation but its better for everyone that stable owners come into clubs with the mindset of making the clubs themselves stable rather than throw money at the problem and not care about tommorow (Like Leeds in the 2000s)
Honestly I dont care insanely about ffp and psr, just so long as Ashley is gone
I would have preferred an eldrich monster over Ashley
Tell that to Reading etc. PSR has 0 effect on stability actually. Look at the amount of debt clubs have & now we have shareholder loans with interest %, how long before a club loans itself into trouble. IF stability mattered PSR wouldn't be revenue based and would include debt. It's about stopping progress of clubs wanting to compete with the top 6, its protectionism, It is also anti-competitive & if a 3rd party took the PL to court under Competition Law, they'd win. To quote the PL 'We can't let another Leicester happen'
Spot on mate that's exactly correct
We are getting there now and soon 🏆
if bix 6 budget is ok than this is more than ok.
Great video mate toon army😊
Started Newcastle United history from 2012 in the prem 😂
You clearly did your research, good video bro I enjoyed that
Newcastle are a scary proposition if they can maintain their current trajectory. They just need to find a way to exist and expand with the psr regulations
EVIL...WTF?
Luckily the "rift" between Howe and Mitchell has overstated, according to both. Howe has completely transformed us - I hope we can finally add silverware and he stays for many years. HWTL!
At this point in time I think Paul Mitchell could be bracketed with Steve Bruce unless he drastically turns round his input. Let's hope he does.
he hasn't even had a planned transfer window yet.
Keep going guys, keep winning.
Eddie Howe is the best manager we’ve had since sir Bobby Robson
Now that pundits, rival fans and mainstream media know that Newcastle are completely hamstrung by PSR (and can’t buy who they can clearly afford) those same groups have completely forgotten about hOoMaN RiTeS iShOoS. Funny that, isn’t it? #HWTL ⚫️⚪️
Ashley was the epitome of a successful businessman trying to run a football club like a business when in reality the most successful clubs don't actually make much (if any) money at all. Newcastle made a profit pretty much every season but nobody cared except Ashley because we were crap at the actual football. Ratcliffe is doing the same at Man Utd, he is going to get a harsh lesson in how football economics works..i.e. spend every penny you have (or can borrow) trying to improve the team and forget about making a profit.
Dont believe carragher. There is no rift.
7:13 i was there at the bournemouth away game when this happened, that was some rouge fans that day that just got really pissed off due to us yet again not beating bournemouth when it was a period of time where we had an insane amount of injuries so we had a lot of the youngsters like parkinson playing for first time in senior level
Brilliant video
Love your content
We could sell 3 of our players for over 300 million easily now 😂
@pedtalksports pls make a video on AC Milan new mistro Manager coach
1969 was our LAST MAJOR TROPHY. Unless the intertoto cup (renamed euripa league in the 70s) is NOT a major trophy.
THERE'S ALSO FOOTBALL BEFORE THE PREMIER LEAGUE IN 1992, so doesn't the championship league trophy not count as as a major trophy as you GET £40+ MILLION FOR WINNING ITHAT LEAGUE. plus we would have got an umbrella payment for going down and coming straight back up.
Benitez left the club where he was getting 6 million a year for a contract of 11 million a year. He spent Money, but bought poor players
Yeah, like Schar eh?
You're talking boIIocks.
The worst I've seen is Richard dinnis
Im early.. somehow.
First comment ❤

And say about how good is fermin lopez of barcelona
Haha, Gary Neville.
Just popping to the shop.. I need some brillo pads
"Not if, but when" 🥹 (30 years a fan... and the anticipation of a possible cup win is driving me nuts!)
TFCW was a clown, Bruce was a yes man to TFCW, mediocre was their game plan. I'm glad we've moved on, i wish people would stop barking on about it
Schar couldn't get a game under Bruce. He basically had a year off. MentaI!
Not as evil as those forces trying to hold clubs like Newcastle back with their psr and ffp bullshit. 🫴
