INGREDIENTS
160 g margarine or butter
180 g of sugar
A pinch of salt
4 large whole eggs
300 g 00 flour
50 g corn starch
100 g of milk
1 sachet of baking powder
grated lemon peel
70 g of raisins
100 g cranberries
50 g of walnuts
50 g of almonds
175° static below and above for 45/50 minutes
Icing: 125 g icing sugar
2 tablespoons room temperature water
