so its really great it does everything as it should so its not silly enough...... I don't know man that's a tough one for Ford. To each his/her own i guess.
Even though I disagree with a few of the criticisms, I appreciate that this is an honest review and wasn't afraid to touch on a few of the Bronco's shortcomings. Most of the reviews out there are unnecessarily glowing.
Just an fyi, the reason the new broncos flex so well in the rear is because they do not have an anti-sway bar back there. Just thought you ought to know. That's probably a good thing though since it has trouble keeping the front wheels on the ground. It likely does not corner quite as well as if it had one.
You've missed the point of the review. The Bronco isn't even close to the capability of the jeep. Poor off road capability, horrible crawl control, and a 4 cylinder. Complete junk.
Super stoked to get the badlands edition with the sasquatch pack! Did the dome plateau trail in moab for the offroadeo and even the base badlands no sasquatch did it. I drove it with a big bend sas with front and rear locks(probably only needed the rear for that trail tbh tho)
That trail is usually only modified 4x4 that I see on it. Live in the area, and that trail is gnarly I’ve driven by it a few times. Camera doesn’t do it justice.
You are comparing it to your heavily modified Gladiator. Aren’t you running 40’ tires or something on that? More honest comparison would have been with a stock Wrangler Willis - that’s the equivalent trim to the Black Mountain Bronco.
Just because those other vehicles were there doesn't mean I was "comparing" them. I can access what a vehicle can do independent of the vehicles traveling with it
Can he even drive? This video was kinda sad. Looks like he might need to drive better. I want 14 minutes of my life back. This guy is all over the place.
Naw, it was the truck. The Defender 110 couldn't make it either. Only the Gladiator could do it. It was the rig, not the driver. Thanks for your comment.
Thanks for showing off a Black Diamond actually off-roading! Super helpful as I try to navigate between Black Diamond and Badlands.

After watching you drive off road, I can see why you wouldn't a Bronco. It would be a complete waist of good machinery. .
You spelled waste wrong. Thanks for your comment!
Lots it’s soul lol. It’s a superior vehicle in looks and reliability compared to anything jeep produces. Wrangler killer
Reliability has yet to be seen!
Jeeps are a pile of garbage.
@@DifferentialComms Against Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep reputation, it’s not really going out on a ledge to say it will be more reliable.

Dude, don't floor it through mud up a steep hill. Auto crawl (or whatever it's called) would have easily cleared that hill. User error!
We were using mud/ruts in GOAT modes and MAXTRAX - not user error, I can assure you. It was the lack of ground clearance and A/T tires
You said you had a manual. Did you try the crawler gear?

What trail is this?

I actually made no comparison at all - to my G'ator or otherwise. I was assessing the Bronco as it stood.
@@DifferentialComms ... so there were no other trucks in this video? ones that maybe did better then the Bronco? Those were absent?
Just because those other vehicles were there doesn't mean I was "comparing" them. I can access what a vehicle can do independent of the vehicles traveling with it
When you got stuck did you have the rear differential locked? Does that trim even have a locker?
Yes, Black Diamond gets a rear locker. Badlands and Wildtrack both come standard with front and rear lockers.
Yes, I had locker on as I drove up the hill.
So basically just upgrade the tire size which I think most people will do anyways 33's fit with no problems
You'd probably need more than 33s!

Thanks for watching to the end!
Seems like that was more a skill issue and less mechanical

Ah, man that was disappointing. re calculating my future purchase.
Not sure what this dude is blabing about
Thanks for you comment!
Why the Christmas music?
I didn't think it Christmas-y. Thanks for you comment!
Definitely wouldn’t call this an “overlanding” review… still an off road review.
To each their own. We were definitely overlanding though ;) Thanks for you comment!
Rear lockers up the hill maby..clearly a city boy
commentary "it's not silly enough because i haven't installed 40"+ clown shoes yet"
truth!
If I want humor, I'll go to a comedy club. I've never heard a reviewer knock a vehicle for its lack of a sense of humor. WTF?
Glad you enjoyed my humor!
