  • Ask any questions in the comments. Here are some links to the tools used for the installation. The Harbor Freight drill bit set (#61637) has both bits needed. the Milwaukee bits in the links below are sold individually. I recommend the Rivet nut tool used in the video. It comes with both metric and standard mandrels and is easy to use.

Excellent product and one of the best mods out there for these machines. Their quality is top notch from the material they used to how they were packaged. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer service and their product is made in the USA. Easy company to promote and support

Do you make them for the rear doors on the crews?

The rear door kits are in production. I'll have them advertised and on the site as soon as I can. Thanks for the question!

I like the looks of your product, but a little intimidated with taking the door apart. What is the downside of just drilling out the top holes and bolting the bracket on with the bolts on the outside of the door. I know it might look like crap. By the way, a great video.

@robmortimer9762 the reason for taking the inner door panel off is to gain access to install the rivetnut and to drill the 1/2" holes in the plastic inner panel. The spacers that go into the 1/2" holes are just thicker than the plastic of the panel so you're not squeezing the plastic when the mounting bolts are tightened. Without removing the inner panel it is tricky to get the rivetnut installed correctly. It is possible but much easier overall to remove the panel.
If you email me at flatlanderoffroad@gmail.com or contact me through our site I would be happy to talk to you over the phone about it.

    Should we use locktight?

The door bracket bolts have vibra-tite on them already and the shorter two bolts attach with the original lock nut so you shouldn't need additional lock tight.
