2019 Polaris Ranger 1000 XP stock exhaust vs HMF exhaust sound comparison

It's hard to get a good comparison in a video for the sound of an exhaust but I think this can give you a good idea. Compared to the stock exhaust the HMF has a little deeper tone. I don't feel that it's louder in the cab at idle or when driving even up to highway speeds.

In that video it has a Highlifter 3-in bracket lift, 1-in SuperATV wheel spacers, 32x10-14 SuperATV Warrior RT tires on MSA M26 Vibe wheels, Highlifter front and rear high clearance a arms, the front arms are offset one and a half inches forward which I needed to clear the 32-in tires. Without the offset arms they rubbed on the underbody skid plate when turning. Since then I removed the bracket lift and wheel spacers and replaced them with SuperATV 4-in portals with 15% gear reduction. The bracket lift caused too much strain on my axles. In another video I show where one of the stock rear axles actually started on fire. No other damage to the machine. I really like this setup with the portals gear reduction. Much less strain on the drivetrain in deep snow. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey, I have a 2021 and I just noticed it makes a loud banging noise when accelerating hard from stop, I was listening to this video and on the first pass I hear it on yours from stop also yet on the second pass I notice you ease into it and I don’t hear it; Which is the same thing happening to me do you have any idea what that bang may be.?

how about sunvisors ? i put rycomoto turn and horn and seizmik mirrors, dont stop now great upgrades !!

The Ranger could definitely use them. That has been on the list of possible upgrades. I might start with tinting the upper windshield to see if that is enough or if I still want visors. Thanks for the feedback!

I have a jerk noise when I accelerate fast from stop by any chance your does it too ?

How bad is the exhaust drone inside the cab ?

I don't feel like it's any louder with the aftermarket exhaust than it was with the factory exhaust. That speeds above 40 mph or so it's just loud in the cab either way.
